RN with about 3.5 years experience considering a move from Seattle to Vegas. I realize healthcare is a lot crappier in Nevada and I'm likely going to be taking a pay cut. However, I'm an OR nurse so at least I maintain a 1:1 ratio wherever I go.
I can't find the RN contract with pay rates for Dignity Health which I understand is represented by CNA? Here in Seattle we can usually find every hospital contract just by google searching. Does anyone have the step scale or roughly know the numbers offhand?
And any other insights about Dignity Health in Vegas or the nursing job market out there in general? Thanks.

Since the last few days, there has been an increase in scamming emails and spam sms towards me.
- I received an email from someone claiming to be working in MHA I4C which is a cybersecurity division where i used to work as an intern. That my family WiFi network has been routing traffic to CP websites. Or watching child or minor content. No-one from my family or I do that.
- Someone figured out that I'm a NEFFEX fan, i received an SMS, that they are NEFFEX and they launched some music curated just for me with some weird link. (I didn't click it obviously)
- I am constantly being spammed by some random company called Simpl that i have some money overdue to them since last 2 years. I haven't registered to that BNPL company ever. And it says i have to pay 2151 to them otherwise they will take legal action against me.
- Two days back someone sent me 500rs in the name of refund and then called me to send that back in some other account. I denied that and asked them to raise a ticket to their bank to revert the unintentional fund transfer. (I don't want to be caught in some random hawala)
- I received a call yesterday that my DHL parcel is stuck and would be returned if i don't press 1.

It occurred to me that if the news has gotten out within the IC that UAPs are going to be showing up en masse (perhaps for anti-nuke reasons) then it would be beneficial for the military to stage a scenario like this.

Might sound crazy, but we’ve actually been pretty lethal on the counterattack, and our defence is reasonably solid outside of gifting our opponents goals. A more defensive manager might not be a bad idea.
I’ve been one of Martin’s biggest supporters for most of the season, but I think we’ve reached the point where it’s clear we’re bot going to survive unless he adapts or we change manager. And the former is looking increasingly unlikely.
