I’ve never considered working in HR before, but I see a lot of HR jobs showing up in my searches. Over the last few months, I’ve applied to a handful of SSA and AGPA HR positions.
Most of these positions have few if any clear MQs but desire candidates with knowledge of state employment procedures and benefits programs, and/or previous work in HR. I don’t have any such knowledge/experience and I’m not sure if I really have any business applying for these positions.
Also, how is it working in HR? Is it fulfilling work? Is it possible to begin with a job in HR and transfer to other departments? Or is it a more narrow trajectory?

So I visit this bar usually on weekends and use my card to pay bills. Scapia used to give the usual 2% RPs but after getting infinia tried using that and see no RPs credited? Unable to find the MCC of the outlet but in general does infinia not give RPs for bars and liquor stores?
Similarly how about hospital payments? Am booking health checkup for parents which would cost ~20k and was planning to pay via infinia. Any idea if it gives RPs for those? I have noticed in medical store purchases it doesn’t.

So I’m 17 and I haven’t really dated all my life. I’m extremely insecure and it’s mainly because of my body. I have severe hypertrophic scars on my upper arms, a keloid on my ear and severe acne on my back. It won’t go and it makes me so insecure to the point where I haven’t worn tops that show my back, chest or upper arms since 2020. I didn’t even tell my parents until last year because I was too ashamed.
I have always put off dating because I was scared about the fact that men wouldn’t like my skin or think that it was ugly. My friends have started to notice that I don’t date and one of my friends said to me ‘you deserve love’ and I was thinking about it and maybe they’re right.
I’m just scared to have to explain something that I have kept secret from the world for so long. I’m so conflicted about this. I’m also in a very difficult stage in my life right now so maybe having a boyfriend will distract me a bit ? Or maybe open more opportunities ?

Hi all, i had applied for tourist visa subclass 600 for my parents and aunt on 3rd November 2024. I submitted all their financial statements as well as mine and my wife's salary statements and bank account statements. I have given their maximum stay as less than 3 months. I got the visa for my mom and aunt the very next day but my father's visa has still not come even after 3 weeks. I'm checking immiaccount daily and the status is still Received with no request for health assessment or any other additional docs. All 3 are under the same group and the same financial statements have been provided for all 3 with only the id docs being different. Has anyone been able to contact home affairs and ask for an update? How long has it taken for your parents visa to come?
