I had a hysterectomy (robotic) Sept 24. I went to the doctor 2 weeks ago and this incision was infected and not healing. I do have diabetes. Well I did 10 days Amoxicillin and Mupirocin. Is it still infected? Should I go back to the doctor? All my other incisions are closed and healed, I feel as if it needs to be stitched but, I have no medical degree. What’s your advice on it?

My boyfriend and I are traveling to Greece in May, and we're flying with Turkish Airlines for our international flight and Sky Express for some domestic flights. I’m looking for advice on two backpacks we’re considering for the trip:
- Osprey Fairview 40L Travel Pack (Women's) (for me) Dimensions: 23H x 35W x 55D cm
- Cotopaxi Allpa 35L Travel Pack (for my boyfriend) Dimensions: 56H x 30W x 25D cm
I’ve done some research, including reading the Pack Hacker article and browsing through previous posts here, but I’m still a little unsure about whether these two bags will meet Turkish Airlines' carry-on size limits.
Has anyone traveled with either of these bags on Turkish Airlines? Do you think they will fit within their carry-on size requirements, especially for the smaller Sky Express flight afterward? I’d love to hear your thoughts or experiences!

Hi there. I'm an extreme beginner in all of this, so please bear with me a bit.
I recently followed this guide on how to set up AdGuard Home on a DigitalOcean droplet. Fun little project. But two things I have questions about:
- I don't really get what the point of the certificate is here. I still have to direct my router to go through the IP address. I obviously don't know much about how all that works—does AdGuard use this certificate to encrypt my traffic somehow?
- I enabled encryption, but if I uncheck "Enable plain DNS," it stops filtering altogether. Everything gets through. The guide doesn't really explain how this setting works, just that they recommend disabling it. Why does this happen for me/is that a problem?

I couldn't help but notice that the Friends 4k set, which I believe opened for $250, is now available for $150. It made me wonder: Do I absolutely need to preorder the Seinfeld 4k set to make sure I get it? I want it, but I don't feel like I need to own it on day one. Can I safely wait a few months to see if the price goes down, or will it sell out and be gone for good?

I wasn’t perfect but it didn’t have to be like this reading all the horrific things she has since said about me I can’t get them off my head I can’t stop crying I can’t stop the pain in my chest I don’t have anything left she broke me and is happy from what I’ve heard and here I’m getting up when the day is over.
