Recovery. To gain weight I have to trick myself - add more oil, seeds and sneaky stuff just to add cals hoping I won’t notice it… silly me.
I’m a calculator so now it’s counterproductive as I’m sum upping way more than I added and at the end of the day I will either go for a run or skip dinner just to compensate. BUT I made progress, I gained few kilos, however period didn’t come back yet (2 years).
Besides other doctors, my sports doctor said that I need to gain to get to ideal spot for my sport performance. I’m focused on getting faster for my running and only now I’m listening and trying to gain. BUT My line of thinking is to get the period back, gain weight temporarily and safely go back to skinny without losing period. I think that’s flawed thinking but I can’t help it ugggh. I’m bargaining and fighting myself and it’s so draining as sometimes I don’t even know what this ‘other me’ will do, I’m afraid.
Of course everyone around me thinks I’m perfect sporty girl and when they comment how much I eat… I want to explode.
It’s been months after my weight gain. When did you get your period back??

So after dropping off a friend for a late night flight at the airport I hop into my car to head back for an hour drive home to be only greeted with the dreaded "PULL OVER IMMEDIATELY - Unable to drive" fault.

Was near by 24hr convenience store and nearest Tesla SC was approx 4 miles away but wouldn't open for another 6 hours - slept in the car and initiated Roadside tow to get to the SC upon opening. Kudos to Tesla roadside for making that pretty effortless and the SC for taking me in and providing a loaner to finally get home.
Diagnostics in progress - i'll update when I get more details.

Long story short, I’ve been in an IT training program with the military, which has given me the time to study for the Network+ and Security+ certifications. I was wondering what other certifications I should pursue. Since the military is paying for everything, I’m considering going for the CySA+.
The only concern I have is that I currently have about 1.5 years of IT experience in the military. After completing this training, I’ll be applying for my first civilian IT job. Would having a certification like CySA+ be seen as a red flag due to my limited experience? I do want to work in cybersecurity in the near future, so should I go for it now, or focus on other certifications instead?
To clarify, I plan to focus on building the necessary skills and have no intention of skipping roles like help desk as I work my way up. I’m just trying to determine which certifications I should prioritize, given the opportunity to have them funded.

so I have an automation to save all emails arriving at a particular folder of the mailbox to be saved in a sharepoint site. The automation won’t pick up the embedded image. I tried to make the automation save attachments but I think the embedded image is not recognized as an attachment.
please let me know if it’s possible to export the email as a .msg file with the body and the embedded image.

2024.11.26 06:45 PartTimeJunkie412 Feeling guilty for throwing a customer out of the store, even though she physically pushed me.

First off, I'm a total pushover, yet I am in a management position and doing my best to hold down the fort. Today was not easy on me. This issue has been going on for a while with this particular woman who comes in, loiters, and lets her kid run rampant through the store and destroy things. Yes she makes purchases but they are small and the amount of service she requires is not even worth the trouble.
Here's a quick list of some of the things this woman has been doing when she "stops by":

That brings me to my next point. I had previously given them a warning that if the bullshit with the sanitizer continued, they would not be welcome back in the store. Tonight, I was not having it. As soon as they walked in the door they sat down at a table, and the kid starts pouring out the hand sanitizer. I walked over and said very loudly "if you do that again you will be asked to leave". I go to the back for a second, and I watch the cameras. The woman is standing at the table on her phone while the kid pours more and more sanitizer. I walked back out to try and grab the hand sanitizer stand and take it away from him so it wouldn't be an issue anymore. As I walked over and was about halfway there, she walked up to me aggressively and slammed her forearm into my chest. I stepped back, absolutely gobsmacked. The first thing I could think of was "that's assault, you need to leave right away!!!". My voice and body were shaking violently at this point. I was so angry. She refused to leave and even went to my employee to beg her to "vouch for her" 🙄. I told her I was calling the police and did. I got on the phone with the police and it took them about 20 minutes to get there. She stayed in the store for 15, and we had some back and forths where she called me a racist, threatened to have me fired, etc. I was yelling at her at this point saying "I'm not racist if anything YOU'RE the racist", and "this place would take me over you any day".
Other customers were watching this go on. I'm kind of embarrassed of the way I handled it. But at least I handled it. Usually I would just brush it off and deal with her, but tonight I stood up for myself. I should feel proud that I defended my ground, but I don't. All I can do is feel guilty. The police said that she is going to press charges on me (for whatever reason?), they took my ID and everything. So in two days when I have a day off, I'm going to go to the magistrate and file charges against her for actually committing an offense. It's going to be embarrassing and difficult to do, especially if I have to see her in court, but I'm going to make sure it gets done. You don't get to put your hands on me and expect to get away Scott free. Especially when I'm at work.
I already talked to my GM about it and the district manager called the store to talk to me as well. I had to fill out an incident report and everything. I just wish people were normal, this woman literally had me downloading the indeed app to look for another job last time she came in.
Sorry if this is long and jumbled, it's late and I'm tired. I had to take two of my anxiety pills just to calm down when I got home, now I just feel exhausted and guilty about the whole thing. Thanks for reading if you got this far.

I was bought up in the middle east and there was this old shawarma from kerala restaurants which mostly contain cabbage/lettuce kind of leaves, chicken, tomato etc. (dont remember even mayonnaise was there) It was tasty as hell and quite healthy as well. This was when I was a young 20-25 years back.
Now all the shawarmas we see are variations of lebanese shawarma which mostly filled with mayonnaise, french fries , pretty much thats it and cannot understand what there is to do so much ratings here, it just 2-3 ingredents so it pretty much tastes same everywhere , although few exceptions.
If you relate to what I said , can you suggest if you know such a restaurant that has this shawarama in Abu Dhabi / Dubai ?
