I’m 40 and was circumcised in my 20’s. I’m 100% positive that I lost some length after the procedure (not an optical illusion), and after lots of research have determined that they made a significantly tight circumcision, in that they removed so much skin where an erection doesn’t quite have all the “slack” it needs to fully expand. Is there anything that can be done (stretches, creams, topical steroids, etc.) to help loosen the skin up and allow my erection to expand all the way?

فرق العمله بيخلي الموضوع يستاهل ومجزي جداً
ابعتلي برايفت لو مهتم هيعتلك لينكات التقديم والخطوات بالظبط ولو عايز تستفسر عن اي حاجه
هتقدم بالميل ورقم التليفون والcv (حاول تظبطه انك كويس في البرمجه او الماث حسب هتقدم على ايه حتى لو افورت فيه عادي عشان تتقبل) وتستنى يردو عليك في نفس اليوم انك اتقبلت بعد كده بتكمل الخطوات وبتبدأ شغل عالتاسكات والفلوس بتتحول كل اسبوع من الموقع على محفظه على موقع airtm بايميلك ومن airtm تقدر تحولهم اي محفظه او بنك مصر (بالجنيه) يعني ١٠٠ دولار مثلا هيتحولو ٥٠٠٠ جنيه

I recently discovered that my boyfriend is still communicating regularly with the mother of his child. They’re not just discussing their child, but having more personal conversations. On top of that, she even asks about his whereabouts, even when the child isn’t with him, which I find inappropriate. She also sends him selfies of herself with their child, and while he compliments his child, she asks, “Where’s my compliment?” He says he feels obligated to compliment her so she doesn’t feel bad.
I asked him to set boundaries immediately, and it seemed to stop—until a few days ago, when I saw her calling him about random issues in her personal life. He says he feels sorry for her and claims she has no one else to lean on but him. However, she has a big family, including several siblings with a healthy and well bonded dynamic, so I don’t understand why she continues to rely on him for emotional support. She also calls him crying about how hard it is not being with him. While she’s not necessarily asking for him to move back in, she vents to him, and I think that’s extremely inappropriate. He’s even mentioned that he’s afraid of her retaliation if he isn’t there for her emotionally, which adds another layer of complexity to the situation(they had a very toxic relationship).
I asked him to fuck off once I found out he took her call to discuss her personal issues a few days ago.
I feel like this is going to be a never-ending battle. It’s not like he can cut off the mother of his child, which I completely understand—I don’t expect him to. I just want boundaries set. But at this point, I think the right choice is not looking back.
Together, we’re truly really happy. We have so much fun together, our chemistry is like no other, and we match each other perfectly. I know he loves me dearly. That’s what makes this so hard—letting go of someone you feel so connected to. Am I overreacting? Should I have more empathy, understanding the complexity of the situation? Should I not be so hard on him?

This person is the reason I found this subreddit, it’s been incredibly stressful for me due to how I know this person. They’ve called the cops on their parents several times telling them they’re holding them captive and they don’t know them (which obviously causes a big fuss with the police and is a huge ordeal).The psychiatrist has straight up told them they are faking it, and is trying to tell their parents to an admire them to a long term (but temporary) inpatient facility, but one parent refuses. Nobody expects this person to ever live alone or accomplish anything due to the faking.

Quick back story iv been taking hrt (fem) for 6 months I use to see an endocrinologist who was (and yes I will say it) stupid,transphoic,intersexphoic and had no idea about trans hrt , witch is funny as he lost (specialtly trans woman) original he started me on 1mg pill and 100mg spiro, everybody said they notice some changed im on 4mg pill and still 100mg spiro , im also intersex my old endocrinologist refuses to show me my levels each blood test and just tell me the number without the unit 130????? Pg PMOL NG idk and he refuses to acknowledge I’m intersex and trans
Today I saw a super amazing super supportive and super knowledgeable endocrinologist I was recommended and he asked what my e levels were I said I’m 130 I don’t know the levels, he told me that male range ,(witch is weird cause I have a hourglass body and look completely cis and pass 100% ) he said he doesn’t know exactly tho as I don’t know what unit it’s measures in , I’m worried that what happened if it is in male range and ik now getting more manly , iv never looked like a man due to my intersex iv always looked female , I’m worried that I’m going to look like a male because of my old endocrinologist,
Anyways my new told me that it’s a good idea to start 2 ,100mg implant capsules as it better for me in the long run ( I know nothing about implants capsules) and are they safe are they effective idk but it seems good from what he described to me he told me it better in the long run and has much better effects, he is also starting me on progesterone witch my old endocrinologist said if bad and he would never do,
My new endocrinologist is super nice tho and seems to acutely care a lot about the trans and intersex community, he told me to take 3 , 2mg pill in the mean time one in the morning one in mid day one at night , until the implants come
I just wanted to know are Implants good and safe and is progesterone good?

Does anyone have problems syncing overdrive books to the kobo? I logged into my Overdrive/Libby account to Kobo, but only a small portion of my books are syncing/showing up. I currently have 11 books on hold, but it's only showing 4. I have 3 books borrowed, but only 1 is showing up. Why is that? do audible books sync? even if it does at least 2 should show up, not 1
