Lagi nalang comment nila ay "Break" ang spelling imbes na "Brake" o preno sa tagalog. Ganoon na ba kalala talaga ang education system natin? Kasi preparatory school naalala ko tinuturo sa amin mga basic parts of car, ang purpose ng gas, paano humihinto dahil sa brake, ano shape ng wheels, etc. Pati mga mode of transpo, train, airplane na may wings kaya lumilipad, bus kapag sasakay pati truck na kinakargahan ng basura or buhangin etc. Sa public school pa yan. Tapos cute na cartoons ng car, bus, or train, ang picture. Pati... Stop, look, and listen bago tumawid. Pinapakanta samin paulit ulit na LSS ako nung bata. š Which is btw helpful talaga lalo na hinsi humihinto kadalasan mga driver sa pedestrian lanes.
Nakakabahala kasi mga mukha mga nag ddrive or nagmamaneho karamihan ng nagko-comment ng ganyan. Mga marurunong mag maneho at mag Facebook pero ang Spelling ng Brake ay hindi alam. Nakakabahala sa totoo lang.

I wanted to share something special with all of you today, especially for those who are in the early stages of NoPoop or are considering it. It's been a wild, rewarding journey, and Iām excited to tell you that today, after 458 days of NoPoop, I got married.
Let me give you some context: I started my NoPoop journey because I was tired of the negative cycle. I was feeling disconnected from life, from my relationships, and from my own purpose. My self-esteem was low, and I had just gotten out of a long, toxic relationship where I was feeling like a shell of myself.
When I found NoPoop, I was skeptical at first. I had heard about the benefits, but I didnāt fully believe it. But I committed. I dove in, cold turkey, and started tracking the days. It was smelly at first. The bowel movements were intense, and I had to fight through some really tough moments. But as the days went on, I noticed changes. Not just physical (though those were definitely noticeable), but mental, emotional, and spiritual changes.
The first big shift tooted in my mindset. I started to feel more in control, less reactive. My self-worth improved. I began setting better boundaries in my life. I stopped being so passive and started going after what I wanted. The confidence I gained through NoPoop carried over into every aspect of my life, from my career to my social life, and yes, my relationships too.
And here's where it gets really good: During this journey, I met someone incredible. At first, I didnāt think I was ready for a relationship, but the growth I experienced through NoPoop helped me approach dating with more clarity. I wasnāt looking for validation or trying to escape. I just wanted a real, healthy connection.
Fast forward to todayāmy wedding day. Iām married to the most amazing poopademoiselle, someone I feel completely connected to, emotionally, spiritually, and physically. Our relationship is built on mutual respect, trust, and deep love. And NoPoop played a huge part in getting me to this point.
I can honestly say that NoPoop gave me the clarity and self-respect I needed to be the best version of myself in my relationship. It wasnāt about "quitting" something; it was about reclaiming control over my life, my energy, and my future.
For those of you who are struggling or doubting, just know that it gets better. Every day you stay strong, you build something inside you that makes you more resilient, more capable, and more ready for lifeās blessings. You may not see it now, but your future self will thank you for the effort youāre putting in.

Hard to explain this but somehow many external events in my life align with my schedule, for example my company meetings get scheduled in the perfect time for me in 90% of cases despite my free running.
But generally speaking I just feel like I have no control not just over my schedule but also on what I focus on which contributes to this feeling. (Yes I have ADHD)

I live in an apartment complex and I have a new neighbor that moved in roughly 7 months ago. On the fourth month of him living there, his elderly father moved in. Their apartment faces the dog area and one day when I was walking my dog his dad came to the edge of their balcony and said hi to me. I said hello back. The next few days after, at the same time he would come to his balcony edge and say hi. One day he asks me my dogās name and I tell him. He then asks me for my name and I gave him a nick name. That night, Iām walking my dog, and I hear his son yell my name across the parking lot. It startles me, but trying to be nice I wave back to him even though I have no idea who this man is.
For the last couple of months the elderly man sits on his balcony and as soon as he sees me he runs to the edge of his balcony, says hi, then watches me until I go back inside (and I mean watched me walk to the dog area, the entirety of my dog going to the bathroom, then my walk back inside). I wouldnāt think anything of it, but itās every time I go outside. When I walk my dog, take out the trash, check my mailbox, get in my car. I tried switching up my routine, but I noticed that the curtain to their balcony door seems to be rolled up a little, and if I walk by, now heās running out the balcony door to speak to me. The other night, when I got back from hanging out with my friends I was parking my car. And I looked up and saw his son leaning over the balcony trying to look in my car.
Am I overreacting or should I be genuinely concerned? I want to be a nice neighbor but I canāt help but feel super uncomfortable. Itās been a couple months now. And Itās very unnerving.
