Based in Australia
So I am not a handler (though am myself disabled and have considered an assistance dog for myself in the past, ultimately deciding it wasnt the right treatment option for me) but I am a general dog trainer. I do wish to train assistance dogs at some point in the future. I have recently been contacted by someone from PAT Dogs Australia asking if I wish to become a trainer with them. I have never heard of this organisation before and have not been able fo find anyone with a dog that they trained through them to see if they are reputable.
For those in Australia is there anyone here with a PAT Dogs trained dog or know much about the organisation? Are they any good? I know of Mind Dogs Australia and have seen how a lot of those dogs aren't great at PA, is the same found with PAT Dogs?

2024.11.26 04:12 phoenix277lol i keep having the same appocalyptic/zombie/nuclear dream and idk what to make of it
so for the last week or so i keep getting this very same dream. every night whatever dream it is i have, it transitions into this. here goes.
some science fair shit is going on at my school and theres a giant laser pointing at the earth's core (???) and idk what happens or what triggers it, something happens and half of my school ends up just like what has been represented of hell, theres a force field or something that keeps me going to the other side and i find a few people and idk how but we get weapons. these are also not normal zombies like the walking dead or whatever else piece of media, they dont have skin and have muscles and blood exposed and are more like wild animals than civilized zombie walkers (??? idk at this point writing it down makes it feel cringe). we somehow fight them and we're running out of ammo, there's a lot of parkour and we lose like 2-3 people in like "rooms" with different situations? and then all of a sudden that ai "i forgor" thing happened (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sj-iTMyDdG8 when the ai forgets the initial situation and shows something completely different) and i was in a train or like a loading dock kinda place with a horizontal opening and there was bumblebee from the transformers series shooting thousands of barricades (character from transformers) and bumblebee heads with red eyes attached to the meme plane (the one where there is a blue and red plane flying over an explosio with the caption "i farted") and man just idk how i got here???? then i weirdly do that ai thing again and end up in a tower surrounded by lava??? and i was about to die or some shit idk bro.
i would describe more but the more i try to remember what happens the more it gets altered. that transformers stuff was not there last time but otherwise same exact shit.
i think i heard too much of cod zombies lore or smth man or am i just weird.
tl;dr i keep having repeated dreams of - some fucking lasenuke or a laser nuke combo breaks earth, turns half of a game level with a school theme into literal hell with lava and shit with skinless people with only muscle showing acting like monsters (doing wild animal monkey stuff) (probably zombies) and i somehow find ammo for a gun that looked kinda futuristic honestly and i find some people and fight it and then when the dream ends i had barely enough ammo or anything idk i dont really remember and i was about to die.

High spin player (especially cut shots).
Currently playing a Vatic V7 Prism. I like it but feels like it has a little too much pop at the net and overall feels a little stiff but I’ve not tested tons of paddles so my reference is limited.
Someone let me hit a couple shots with a type a proton and I liked it more. Felt noticeably softer. Trying to stay away from anything with painted-on grit like the ruby; want better longevity. Just looking for some general suggestions for control paddles with a softer feel, particularly if someone can compare to the vatic prism since that’s my reference point. Thanks
