Except that's not set in stone at all.
Did you know there exists an artificial hormone known as raloxifene which expressly has the effect of making the body more androgynous and cute without any effects like gynecomastia? All you would need in order to have a cuter appearance is simply take this along with a low dose of a testosterone blocker, these things are fairly cheap and don't hit your wallet hard at all. From there it takes only a couple months before it's easy to pull off cute clothing styles, look good in makeup, show off a kinder and more attractive self which would leave you feeling happier.
Consider whether you want to keep existing in the current dating environment. Think how societal roles have put women on a level playing field and make it so much harder to impress. If this were the past, you wouldn't have done extreme or creepy things to find a girlfriend and instead just have been content with whatever oppressed girl floated your way in order to find stability, treating her the best you could. That's not going to happen now, but you still don't want to do macho pushy things in order to find a girlfriend - because doesn't that just feel wrong on some level? You're more caring and considerate than that. You would feel terrible doing those things. And yet... what other option is there?
Wouldn't you like to be free?

I'm not trying be a crochety old dude but Wingsuits in blackout were the correct mechanic for a few reasons
1) infinitely harder to shoot out of the sky. It takes no skill to camp on roof tops and shoot redeployers out of the sky
2) you had to reach a certain hight for it to activate. You don't get forgiven for falling off a high area because you weren't paying attention
3) traversal was more fun and efficient.
I hope there's some consideration to bring them back because it does get a little frustrating when playing rebirth or something else that people just farm chut droppers out the sky.

I realize a lot of responses here are gonna be biased towards yes, and that's okay! Important note about my gaming preferences: I do not enjoy multiplayer except for the occasional couch co-op. I do very much enjoy war shooters (call me crazy but the Call of Duty campaigns have been a ton of fun) and RPGs (Skyrim, cyberpunk, etc).
Obviously console exclusives will be most welcome, but if you can think of a multiplatform game that runs better on the console I'm cool with that too.

2024.11.26 05:54 Dernhelm99 Kind of scared of the court. Got too used to the wall.
Yeah probably the post is unnecessary, but my uni exams have just got over, I am still 'recovering' from the tremendous stress. And being an absolute beginner, it scares me to go to the court. I have not practiced for 1 month.
I have the tendency to go to the tennis wall, and even though it might feel good, I know it will not improve my actual court preparation. I might swing well at the wall, but in front of an actual opponent I will again start playing absolutely pathetic tennis, and this is again stressing me out. And next year from January is my last semester to I will not get any coaching services anymore after June, I'll have to move to some city for job.
Bit of a rant from my side, I'm open to any suggestions that you might have. Of course I know I have to bite the bullet and play at the court some day.

I met a lovely man (it happened organically, I interviewed at his company and we connected on LinkedIn and it kind of started from there.) he is 54 I am 41. The chemistry is huge, none of us have been married, no kids, good career, have several common interests, plenty of things to talk about.
We went on two amazing dates, just drinks and chats and had a fantastic time. Then another date was scheduled which he had to cancel due to travel, then another two was cancelled by him, one because of a death of a friend and another one due to some issues in his house that needed urgent repair so he ended up working from home and we could not meet in the city. He kindly asked to reschedule and said he will take me for dinner, apologised as well.
I was very disappointed and angry as well but nicely replied, sure, let's meet next week (he is travelling again so have to delay it for a week).
But I am finding it odd and mildly infuriating that he cancelled 3 dates and just wondering is he interested at all? Shall I give him another chance? I have not fancied anyone like this for a long time, but 3 cancellation just too much and I don't know if I should let him go and not meet him next week, or shall I meet him and say how I feel (although I don't want to come across as a needy person).
