2024.11.26 08:50 Fanrounder Weighted pull ups plateau?
I do upper lower (strength focused) and upper lower (hypertrophy focused) routine. During my strength days, I start with weighted pull ups and I have made decent progress. About a year ago, I couldn't do more than 3-4 pull ups, and today I can do 15 kg weighted pull ups, for about 8 reps 3 sets with rest time of 4-5 mins.
Now, I've been stuck at the 8 rep and cannot seem to break it for about two months. Everything else is progressing beautifully (expect squats - on which I also hit a plateau -- but that's another story).
What should I do?

First morning after taking my first tablet before bed at 9pm last night. Was ok at first but the more I move about the more dizzy I feel. A little bit of nausea but in the main just curled up on the sofa and feeling quite tired. Anyone else had similar? Got a week of one tablet a day then double drop from next Monday. Hoping this is just my body getting used to it.

I've completely run out of ideas for femdom scenarios. Femdom is my favorite, so naturally I make a lot of RPs about that. I really only like real world scenarios, I'm not really into fantasy or historical. And I feel like I've done every real world femdom scenario I can think of.
The intro is a difficult part. I try to start my stories before they became dom/sub. For example, maybe they were roommates or old friends. Maybe co-workers. But I feel like I've done all those already.

Just need to have a rant. My wife and I put up our Christmas lights this year. And we put alot of time and effort into bring some Christmas joy to our neighborhood. But this evening we had one of our decorations ripped off our fence and destroyed. It's very disheartening to know that there are people out there that feel the need to just wreck something. Especially at this time if year.

I absolutely love Spotify wrapped. I joke somewhat truthfully that it is my favorite holiday of the year. I have a lot of fun sharing with friends, looking over my own trends, and going through the top 100 playlist they give you. I think it's a great idea and my usage of the app somewhat increases in anticipation of it (ie I use youtube and car CDs less because I want my music Spotify listening to be as accurate as possible)
Reddit recap is extremely depressing to me because even though I do use this website for practical reasons (and other lies I tell myself) I am very aware I have an addition to this website and there are more days than not where I'll scroll past the same posts 10+ times, refreshing constantly even though I've pretty much exhausted that day's fresh or interesting content.
From a business perspective - it seems like a shitty idea. Showing your best customers how much time they've wasted on the website seems very counter intuitive. Sure some things are kind of interesting, but overall it seems like it mostly helps heavy users see how big of a problem they have. I don't even want to look at mine.
