You'd be hard pressed to find a style guide that doesn't admonish you to drop “and/or” and choose either “and” or “or.” In writing either and or or is usually adequate. Como les va muchachos/as?
La cuestión es que me gradué de Ing. químico y mi idea es tratar de alguna manera de encontrar un laburo en las petroleras, pero estoy viendo que no hay tanto como pensaba (capaz estoy buscando mal). En realidad hay trabajo, pero para gente con mas de 2 años de exp. en el rubro y ni a palo tengo en eso. Se que existen los programas de JP pero siempre toman poca gente y tenés que tener mucho orto para ser seleccionado para una entrevista (además que siempre lo hacen cada mucho tiempo)
Quería saber si hay alguno/a trabajando como técnico/a o como ingeniero/a en una petrolera que me podría dar algunos consejos para intentar entrar al rubro (de ultima entro a uno que es de boca de pozo que vi por ahí jaja)

Let's say my season 6 character is paragon level 250 at the end of this season when it is moved to the eternal realm and let's say that my season 7 character gets to level 200 at the end of next season. Does this mean that at the end of season 7, when all of that season 7 XP is moved to the eternal realm, my season 6 character will end up being higher than 250? So, in theory I can reach paragon 300 without ever having to grind an individual eternal realm character?
