hey guys, i'm a trans masc nonbinary person (20NB) and i've been feeling incredibly dysphoric lately. i will not have access to hormones for a while unfortunately so i think it's time for me to try to do things to help my physical appearance. so maybe i should start working out, but i really don't know where to start at all. i feel like i look ridiculous regardless and it can feel pretty humiliating.
does anyone know how i can start or where to begin? i'd really like to get an idea but i also don't know the first thing about working out or taking care of myself physically. i would really some input please, thanks guys

What would be a complimentary pasta dish for a thanksgiving dinner? The rest of the meal will be your standard thanksgiving meal, turkey, mashed potatoes, etc. but I find mac&cheese too boring and bit heavy so was thinking of a brighter, less cheesy pasta dish? Would a pasta allá vodka clash?

Hi, I started taking Yaz since I was about 15, I’m 23 now and my mom made me stop taking it for a while after I got a benign nodule on my left breast, which left her stressed since we have breast cancer history on our family. The thing is, after since I stopped taking the pill (which was about 6 months ago) my acne got so much worse, especially on my back where it’s almost always inflamed pimples and I can’t seem to get rid of them. I think I also gained weight since stopping it which is quite annoying. Basically everything tells me to go back to the pill, except for my mom being paranoid about my nodule. The option I’ve been given is the Kyleena IUD, but honestly I’m scared that it’s gonna make the acne and weight gain even worse, and also I heard it doesn’t stop the bleeding so the only good thing about it would be not getting pregnant, and honestly I have a LDR so I don’t really have to worry about it that much. Should I just go back to the pill? Am I really at risk of getting breast cancer?

2024.11.26 05:50 ORNJfreshSQUEEZED I have been asked to do audio for a play with 24 Akg C520 headsets. I'll explain my plan and please let me know if my approach should change for best results.
I've done bands and corporate gigs since 2018 but this is my first play. This play is in a 2000 capacity theater with a CL5. I'm planning on bussing every open headset to a multiband comp. I will create console scenes for each scene of the play and use the playback as a recall safe channel as that will be going during scene changes. I will mute and unmute as actors go off stage or are done with their lines in said scene (even if they are on stage). I'll follow the script and add my notes as needed. I considered using a premium effect comp for the main characters as well. Any other suggestions?

My image in my head of what he looks like is smth like Ekko from Arcane. I really liked the name Malik for him but that names wasn't really used at all back then.
