 | Mid 30s, 32% body fat. Just started lifting a couple months ago. Lift three to four times per week, and consume 2300 calories a day (165g protein). Weight is slowly going down and I am definitely starting to see more muscle definition, but am not sure where to go from here? Stay the course? Cut to desired bf% then gain? Or gain some good muscle mass up front then cut? Also, what areas should I be focusing on? And is 165g protein sufficient? (For context my lean muscle mass is 162lbs so am going with that). 2024.11.26 07:31 _SharkXD_ Gun reworks early look + opinion
Generally, the visuals on the gun reworks (except for acidum, deadass got a downgrade) were quite good, which is to be expected. I quite like some of the buffs on guns, it will open up this section of playstyle that was only previously accessible to really good players. It will diversify the meta, which is 100% needed considering the dumpster fire we have right now. Even better, soul, or skull guitar got its long deserved nerf. Hard to see, but they added a ton of endlag to the x move through a long animation.
On the other hand, this may be bias on my part, but I don't like what they did with acidum. The click now does knockback and got its hitscan removed, the z is so much less smooth and the x got more endlag. It's pretty much the end of war pvp, which really sucks considering that's the last vestiges of skill in this game
Overall, gun reworks are an 8/10. I have my icks with it, but it's a pretty good addition to the game

Plus, now I can’t run or do similar efforts. I’ve had many heart tests at different doctors, and none of them gave me a diagnosis. One gave me (vegetative dysfunction), and I don’t understand why. Maybe I have anxiety, and that’s why the tests don’t show anything. We have no idea; maybe you know something about this?

I’m wondering if there’s a way to control PowerPoint animations dynamically during a presentation. Ideally, I’d like to decide in real-time which animated elements appear, rather than being locked into a pre-set sequence.
This would be really helpful in certain classroom settings where I need flexibility to adapt to the flow of discussion. So far, I’ve only been able to predefine the animation order, which doesn’t always work well for my needs.
I’m using a Mac, so please keep that in mind if suggesting solutions or workarounds. Thanks in advance for any tips or advice!

They seem to be especially common in Georgian depictions.

First off, there's no violence in this post. I'm currently sitting in the room while my mom is being kept alive with machines. She has had stomach/abdominal pain for a few weeks and they sent her home and threatened to call the police if my step-dad didn't leave and take her. She was still in pain and couldn't walk to do anything. He took her back and they finally found that she had an infection but the damage was done. Her bowels stopped working and ruptured. Her heart stopped and after 20 mins they stopped life saving measures, her heart started beating again.
Now I sit at the foot of her bed while she's alive only cause of machines. I don't want to be an adult anymore.
