I've always been sex repulsed to an extent but at times had really high libido. I am not comfortable with having sex, at times I was in the past but always looking back at what happened feels gross unless it was predominantly cuddling and other types of "foreplay". Having bad experiences, exposure to STDs and such made me REALLY sex repulsed. I've been single since 2018 with just a single sexual encounter in the meantime which I absolutely hated and regretted. I value my bodily independence and safety, having sex with other bodies feels like it's massively taking away from that, putting myself into risk for diseases, undesirable microbiome transfers and sexual dependence on the other person. It feels impure to say the least. I can see why most religions of the world look down upon sex and moreso adultery.
My question is, is it possible to become sex repulsed asexual from trauma and philosophy?

 | I’m new to Bostons and trying to decide between size 43 and 44. Thing is that my right foot is almost one size bigger than my left. So here’s my dilemma; In my home I’m have the size 43 and the size 44 oiled leather (see photos). Size 44 feels good, but also a bit loose. On my right foot the fit is quiet good. But on the left, I think there is too much room. Size 43 is somewhere between perfect and bit of a tight fit. Left is good. But the right foot feels a bit constricted. I’m not touching the edges of the front and heel, but I’m on the limit. I would like to hear from those of you who are also on the edge in Boston sizing. Did you end up going smaller or bigger? Does the smaller one stretch / soften a bit. Will the bigger end up beeing annoyingly loose on the feet? Thanks in advance! Some background info: I have previously worn Arizonas narrow in size 43. I also have a pair of Amsterdam Felt size 43 regular. The Birkenstock measuring tool puts me in a size 43 narrow. I have saved enough money to purchase a unit in Western Sydney for cash (not needing to get a loan). But I want some opinions on whether it would be better to purchase a unit for cash or buy a house, while needing to get about $900K loan. I know that units do not increase in value at the same rate at houses. Though, I am attracted to not having to pay a loan, while getting in an extra income from rent.
This would be an investment property. Though, I have heard that units are bad investments? Though at the same time, buying a house comes along with a large mortgage which means I won't have much cash on hand.
What's everyone's views? Will I regret buying a unit as an investment?
