This issue has been going on for a good month now and i am sick and tired of it. I first noticed in games that i was getting VERY bad fps, from 130/150 in league down to 40/60. this usually would happen when i would unplug the laptop and it would automatically go into battery save mode, but no it was plugged in. After checking just about every setting i could i checked my drivers, updated them and boom, problem solved. Except it was not solved as the next day when i booted up the laptop we were right back at the start with 50 fps. For the last month when i boot up my laptop i have been uninstalling the NVIDIA graphics driver and then fresh installing it, its the only way i have found to bring my performance back up. I was kind of fine with that but still annoying and makes no sense to me. The true issue now is that its spread to audio. After booting up the laptop, after about 5 mins my audio just stops. If i swap from pushing audio to my headset to the speakers and then back it fixes its self for about 3 minutes and then stops again. the only solution i have found is to run internal audio diagnostics and let it do what it wants to do and then it sometimes fixes its self, others after a few mins it stops again. i am so lost and appart from a fresh windows install (that i have no idea how to even do) idk how to fix this. any help would be appreciated and lmk if you need more info

I need help. I couldn’t help myself and got this game earlier than I planned to.
I messed around yesterday, and I wouldn’t say I’m a genius at platform fighters, but in general, I tend to be the above average kind of player as soon as I pick it up. (Flash Party, Multiversus, Smash, Brawlstars,…)
But this game messes me up bad, to the point where I am aware I just don’t understand core mechanics/fundamentals of this game.
Usually movement is the thing that translates well. I watched pro play and that’s what pulled me in: super fast and nervous play.
However, when I play, no matter which character I pick, I feel slow, sluggish and as if I’m controlling a truck. I’ve never been an insane combo player. Like yes, usually I find 1-3 very short combos and a few strings I can use to deal decent and one of them being my go to finisher.
But in this game I haven’t even been able to find a single string, I feel laggy between every single move.
And what’s making me not enjoy the game currently is really my defense: I feel like I can’t get out of anything. Especially once I’m in the air, I feel like it’s game over.
After watching some tutorials, it seems that my reflexes of Smash Ultimate are the reason. I see now that air dodge is a move that you should really just use as a very last resort. And if you mess that up, you’re kinda screwed.
But one thing I don’t get is the lag in the air. If I get hit in the air, it seems I can’t control my character anymore until I hit the ground. All I can do is S/DI and hope for the best.
How exactly does the “Aerial state/neutral/fight” work in this game? Any tutorials I can find on this? Combos and B&Bs etc is something I’ll eventually figure out while playing, but I really want to stop the bleeding and not be a punching bag for an entire game.
TLDR: I don’t understand the Aerial Game. Help a brother out. I feel like a punching bag in the air. If I get hit, I feel like I can’t do anything anymore until I hit the ground. Enemy can hit me, land, double jump and hit me again before I regain control of my character. Any videos on that?
