Hello,
For about a 16 months I was using novablast 4 for all my running (long, easy, intervals) averaging 35km at least a week and had no issues. I purchased some superblasts a couple months ago and have been using them for long and intervals and kept the novas for easy runs. Every easy run recently has been incredibly painful with calf pain. My easy run is done in the afternoon so obviously the heat might play into this to a certain extent. Both shoes are fairly new 200kms.
I was wondering if it’s possible since acclimatising to the superblast that my legs really struggle with the novas.
If this is the case, what type of shoe suits my foot, or alternatively should I keep trying to see if it gets better? It’s been happening for the last 3-4 weeks

The in-house BBC Chatbot introductions are already beyond terrible, but now they‘ve started using AI art too (the Freddie Mercury painting).
The only logical explanation I can think of is that VCM is being held at gunpoint, because I find it hard to believe that a woman so intelligent would put up with crap like that.

Hi all, I go on vacation for 2 months, and I am currently in the Netherlands, but my home is in Bangkok. The company pays for my ticket, and booked it the day a go on vacation.
But I was thinking to visit my mother in the Netherlands, and I pay for the change myself. They booked it on their email and used the companys creditcard. Is there a way I can contact the airline ( it's emirates BTW) and make the change, without alerting them?

I’m looking for recommendations for a winter jacket and pants to ride in temperatures between 3°C and 10°C (37°F to 50°F). I’ve checked out Alpinestars and Dainese, but I’m unsure which models are best for cold weather. I want something that fits a sporty style, so I haven’t really looked into adventure gear. I plan to wear thermal layers underneath as well.
What gear do you use for similar conditions? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Question for the team. What year end deals might we see for a model S or X.
I’ve heard best time to buy is between Xmas and New Years from a non Tesla dealer. What about through Tesla for moving that q4 inventory?
