I was watching this video of Khabib and Islam and they talked about sambo/wrestling vs BJJ. They both basically said that BJJ is great for the ground but it must be in conjunction with wrestling/sambo/judo. Not pure bjj.
Islam said that all BJJ guys have the same problem - they go down (pull guard) thinking they're gonna hunt for a submission and instead get smashed.
Both have had great success on the ground against BJJ guys. I guess the most notable was Islam vs Charles in the first round where he pulled guard and couldn't really do anything to him on the ground while Islam was able to land gnp and smother him with top pressure.

Hi everybody, I have a new Speed 400 that runs almost 1000km. The first service is done. I am facing one issue: when I try to keep the bike at a constant speed, like 20,30,40, it keeps giving jerks like petrol that do not reach the bike. The jers are very small like 1-1.5 seconds every 2-3 seconds. When I talked to the speed 400 guy, they said it is normal and it is on all ride-by-wire bikes, Yamaha, Suzuki or Triumph. It stops when I push bike more than 4-5k rpm.
Are you facing the same issue on your bike?

He would post these things where anyone could Join and just play, it was basically just our friend group playing vr. And I would genuinely check his account like 30 times a day, and I’m attracted to him. But we don’t talk anymore which sucks. I ranted about my friend way to long it’s not very relevant lmao but I wanted to put that in there, and it’s a rant, there’s no rules for ranting lol. I want to say more but it’s 5, and my phone is laggy from the long ass rant. Sorry for spelling mistakes, my phone is actually lagging lol, and I stink at spelling.

I posted yesterday about the lighting on my tank not being quite right and looking a bit yellow/almost too bright. There's no way to dim the light or change its settings (it's an LED strip light that came with the tank, so I'm not even sure about its spec). I have a 60L tank (50cm long X 35 cm wide). It's an Iwagumi-style scape with rocks, and carpeting plants (monte carlo mostly). I also plan to plant some rotala blood red in the back, and eventually stock shrimp and tetras.
Happy to hear about all options, regardless of cost. I really want that stunning, professional aqauscaping look, and excellent plant growth.

I graduated in 1990. And I recently used Spantran to evaluate my degrees from my country. My schools send them with official email as the only e-mail they have. And Spantran rejects my schools and me by saying it is not an official email address, and I have a feeling they will reject my international mail again as they don’t communicate at all, which is so frustrating. So many people on social media in my country warned Spantran would not recognize the email address from school, and I didn’t listen. Regret it now.

As the title suggests, my girlfriend doesn’t shower for days, sometimes even weeks. I’m not sure what’s going on, but she says she struggles to find the motivation. She’s also a smoker, which adds to my frustrations. There are quite a few things that trigger me about this, but I can’t bring myself to fully express how gross I find it. I’m afraid of hurting her feelings, but personally, I can’t stand the idea of skipping showers - even when I’m sick. Just the thought of living with someone who has such poor hygiene makes me nauseous. She promises she’ll shower more often when we’re finally together, but I’m not sure how much I believe that. To add context, we haven’t met in person yet since we’re in a long-distance relationship.
How do I tell her this?

 | I know I’m not the only one, so I’m begging for some help here. I am a Taekwondo black belt, with years of experience fighting, I use this as a precursor because I know what inevitable answers I will get if I didn’t put it there 🤣 How on earth am I 0 and 3? I land combos after combos, it’s as though I’m not generating enough power, please don’t tell me its speed, because it isn’t. I haven’t scored a single knockdown, I outboxed my opponents in all 3 fights, they were all convinced I won. Has anybody found out what the problem is/how to fix? I love the concept of this game but I can’t bring myself to keep doing this. One thing I did notice is that I fight with my head off of the centre line almost for the entirety of the fight, and my opponents tend to stand almost straight, this most definitely should not affect the end result but I’m curious and the more I give the more I’m hoping to get! Just last weekend installed the wired thermostat to work with a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 30CDi combi and all good.
One thing I noticed on the graph in the app is that it shows light and dark grey areas in the call for heat periods. As my system is only a "switch on" "switch off" binary system that the relay triggers, how does the tado modulate things? Does it do this by, say, more "PID" style approach to turning the system on / off (e.g. more frequent but shorter bursts etc, in a "1 heat wave" period vs longer constant calls for heat in a "3 heat wave" period)?
Obviously if I had a smarter boiler set up I could understand it sending signals that caused the boiler to produce cooler outputs etc, but all the combiboiler in my system knows is "do you want me on or off"?
