2024.11.26 08:50 gestas- Did any one else struggle like hell to keep up their head from touching the floor while on your back? Or do I have a crazy fat heavy head?
I donât know what it is, I donât struggle cardio wise too much and am ok fitness wise, but when my coach tries to coach me, or if weâre doing drills on mount and some guy is trying to explain something to me and I need to keep my head up, man I need to fight with every inch of my body to keep my head up and not start shaking lmao.

Iâm looking to improve my cycling performance, particularly to go faster and sustain my speed over longer rides. Right now, I can average about 30 kph on flat terrain for 2 hours and maintain around 35 kph for shorter stretches when fueled by glucose. However, towards the end of long or hilly rides, I find myself struggling to stay above 25 kph đ„”.
I know that long rides help with endurance and fat adaptation, and I plan to keep doing those. But I also want to incorporate interval training to boost my speed and climbing ability. I donât have an indoor trainer, so Iâll be doing my intervals outdoors. Thereâs a 1.5 km hill near my home with a 5-6% gradient that I can use repeatedly.
Iâm looking for advice on how to structure these hill intervals:
How long should each high-intensity effort be?
How much recovery time should I take between climbs?
How many repeats should I aim for, given my current level?
Is using a hill for intervals a good approach, or would I be better off on flat terrain? Thanks everyone đ

Yes, suprisingly my Epson M3140 still works after 200k copies :)
Now there is a new problem with the machine, it always stucks at the second copie (when I make 3 copies or more) . screen says ''paper jammed''
even though I'm sure there is nothing wrong with the machine.
is there a sensor to cancel or anything you advice me ?

The US is getting beaten in their own game. Aside from trucks, Japanese brands are destroying American brands in terms of sales IN THEIR OWN MARKET. The fourth best selling car is the Toyota RAV4. Not only that but, every taxi in NYC, a global symbol of that country, is a Toyota of some sorts. Aside from Tesla, the most American cars are built by the Japanese and Germans. The second most American built car is the Honda Passport and the largest exporter of cars from the US ,in terms of value, is BMW. Yes, a car brand with Bavaria in its name is more profitable at export American-built cars than any of the big three. Whereas in Germany, German brands dominate. In Japan, Japanese brands dominate. In South Korea, Korean brands dominate. In Italy, Italian brands dominate. In Sweden, a Swedish brand dominates. It is only within their former fatherâs market, the UK, does an American car actually sell well. Should this affect Americans or should they relish the fact that better cars are now built in the US. ?
