 | She's due on her period on Thursday (so she's 25 DPO I think if I understand its meaning correctly), she's really regular, every 28 days like clockwork normally. We took this clearblue ultra early test last night as she's had some symptoms of early pregnancy and we got this result. These tests are pretty reliable right? The box says >99% for 3 days early testing. We're waiting for her to actually miss before we use another test at the weekend. We are actively trying so it's all quite exciting/overwhelming! Salve a tutti, reposto qui dopo aver ricevuto il suggerimento su universitaly .
Ho 26 anni, un diploma ITI e lavoro da 7 anni full time poiché, al tempo, non volevo pesare sulla mia famiglia per avviare la mia carriera universitaria.
Nell’ultimo periodo sto considerando di riprendere gli studi, in particolare in ambito economico; e, dovendo conciliare il lavoro al quale non posso rinunciare, e questa nuova possibilità, la mia scelta è per forza di cose ricaduta su una telematica : UniNettuno.
Ora chiedo a voi un’opinione, soprattutto a chi ha affrontato, o sta affrontando, un percorso simile, riguardo la fattibilità della cosa, la possibilità di poter sfruttare un titolo conseguito in maniera telematica alla soglia dei 30 anni (anche se per un 80% lo farei per soddisfazione personale) e ciò che dovrei considerare prima di buttarmi.
Preciso che fare l’università classica, per quanto so bene che sia visto meglio dagli HR del nostro paese; per me non è un’opzione percorribile in termini di tempo e per il lavoro che svolgo.

I’m 22. I was sober for 6 months because drinking didn’t suit me and just turned me weird. I don’t know why I think it’s past trauma of what’s happened to me when I was drunk before getting assaulted, it’s no sob story but I think since then alcohol has turned me horrible.
It was my sons and boyfriends little sisters party. Before the party I found out he cheated again and multiple times and hurt me so bad. I relapsed and broke my sobriety. It only took 2 glasses of wine as I am on sertraline 200MG. So I think I felt it more. I started walking around just getting angry and shouting at him for it and shouting at everyone. His sister took me back to the flat and I just kept getting angry saying where is he where is he and she screamed at me and we got into an argument.
The next day all his family were laughing about how I have had a drinking problem since I had post natal depression and I am so upset with myself for kicking off I don’t know how to forgive myself, I’ve never gotten into a argument in my life apart from when I drink it’s like something takes over me. I have been really suicidal and said my apologies for the way I’ve been but obviously I have a son and am staying strong for him. How do I forgive myself for being an asshole when I was drunk. It’s so out of my chracter. No ones talking to me but I don’t blame them.

2024.11.26 08:50 gestas- Did any one else struggle like hell to keep up their head from touching the floor while on your back? Or do I have a crazy fat heavy head?
I don’t know what it is, I don’t struggle cardio wise too much and am ok fitness wise, but when my coach tries to coach me, or if we’re doing drills on mount and some guy is trying to explain something to me and I need to keep my head up, man I need to fight with every inch of my body to keep my head up and not start shaking lmao.
I do have a big fat head though ¯_(ツ)_/¯

I’m looking to improve my cycling performance, particularly to go faster and sustain my speed over longer rides. Right now, I can average about 30 kph on flat terrain for 2 hours and maintain around 35 kph for shorter stretches when fueled by glucose. However, towards the end of long or hilly rides, I find myself struggling to stay above 25 kph 🥵.
I know that long rides help with endurance and fat adaptation, and I plan to keep doing those. But I also want to incorporate interval training to boost my speed and climbing ability. I don’t have an indoor trainer, so I’ll be doing my intervals outdoors. There’s a 1.5 km hill near my home with a 5-6% gradient that I can use repeatedly.
I’m looking for advice on how to structure these hill intervals:
How long should each high-intensity effort be?
How much recovery time should I take between climbs?
How many repeats should I aim for, given my current level?
Is using a hill for intervals a good approach, or would I be better off on flat terrain? Thanks everyone 😃
