Hey guys I probably should have asked this a while ago because I swear this shit has affected my performance on CFT and PFT. Simple question, does anyone have any tricks to get all the poop out before going to PT? I always try before and then times up, gotta go to PT. Then like 10 minutes into running or whatever we're doing, I gotta shit my brains out. Plz help. Caffeine makes me sick if I run so that's not an option.

I started at 180 lbs on August 28, currently 150 lbs (5'3). I was on 0.25 for 4 weeks, 0.50 for 4 weeks, then went up to 1 mg. I had no symptoms until I started on 1 mg. Then I had terrible nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, acid reflux. I felt so awful I started to think the weight loss isnt worth it. I tried to do 0.75 mg by counting the clicks. I had trouble finding out how many clicks are in 1 mg of a 4 mg pen. I read one post that said it has 78 clicks? So I counted 50 clicks then injected. I haven't had any symptoms this week so I'm worried that wasn't enough clicks. I could just take the full 1 mg shot this week and find out for sure how many clicks it is. But I'm SO SCARED of the awful side effects again.
My question is, do the side effects eventually subside? If so, after how many injections?

cat threw up after cerenia
background — 6mo. siamese male not neutered, went to the emergency vet last night because he threw up whole pieces of kibble and then progressively was throwing up just clear liquid and not eating. they did x-rays, found no blockage and only some gas in his belly which they said was “abnormal but to be expected with how he’s feeling”. he got subcutaneous fluids level 1 and a cerenia injection and has been doing really good since.
today he wasn’t eating his regular dry food (tiki cat baby carnivore) and we’ve never found a wet food he likes (we’ve only had him a month). the emergency vet said it was okay to give him a brand new dry food so we gave him purina kitten chow naturals. about 2-3 tbsp throughout the course of today. he was due for his cerenia around 8:45 and didn’t take it well. we think we got it, he drooled a bunch after but his vet said that’s normal. he (1:20am) threw up normal looking throw up. after throwing up he’s acting normal, wanting to get into the new food bag (biting it), drinking water, and playing with toys. he now at 5:25 was meowing like he was going to throw up again
nobody will tell us if he needs to be seen immediately or not, and we’re freaking out. we’re hoping it’s just the brand new dry food and i feel so stupid for giving it to him.
we’re hoping someone can please let us know if he needs to be seen immediately or if we should monitor him and contact his vet in the morning. we spent the last of our paycheck on his visit last night and have little to no money for another emergency visit but we’ll figure something out if needed.
