Sto valutando una nuova proposta lavorativa e solitamente tendo ad analizzare un pò troppo le cose, la parte della retribuzione mi fa un pò strano ma qualcuno vede delle inculate evidenti che a me sfuggono o qualcosa su cui devo chiedere chiarezza?
Oggetto: Proposta di assunzione
Siamo lieti di comunicarLe la nostra proposta di assunzione in servizio a TEMPO INDETERMINATO con decorrenza dal alle seguenti condizioni:
• data di assunzione:
• C.C.N.L.: COMMERCIO
• luogo svolgimento lavoro: presso la sede dell’azienda. L’azienda si riserva il diritto di affidarLe compiti o mansioni anche fuori sede.
• tipologia di rapporto: TEMPO INDETERMINATO PIENO
• inquadramento legale: 3° LIVELLO
• mansioni e corrispondente inquadramento contrattuale: IMPIEGATO TECNICO
• periodo di prova: 60 GIORNI DI EFFETTIVO LAVORO
• retribuzione corrisposta: €. 1.800 netti mensili suddivisi come segue.
- € 1.600,00 netti mensili onnicomprensivi di tutti gli emolumenti previsti dal Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro e dalla legislazione vigente ( a titolo esemplificativo ma non esaustivo: festività, maggiorazioni, scatti di anzianità, etc…). L’importo è da ritenersi al netto degli oneri fiscali e previdenziali a carico dipendente, ed al netto delle detrazioni fiscali per lavoro dipendente ed assimilato previste dall’Articolo 13 del TUIR il tutto alla data di redazione del presente contratto
- € 200,00 a titolo di rimborso spese .
• ferie, orario lavoro, preavviso, riduzione ore, festività: Rinvio al C.C.N.L. applicato.
• Riservatezza: il lavoratore assume specifico impegno ad attenersi alla più rigorosa riservatezza circa notizie e dati che verranno a Sua conoscenza, essendo tenuto ad utilizzare tali dati e notizie nell'esclusivo interesse della scrivente azienda ed al solo scopo per cui ne acquisisce l’informazione (art. 2105 C.C. e art.lo 2598 e seguenti C.C.).
• Diritto di precedenza: si richiama integralmente quanto previsto dall’Art.24 D.Lgs 81/2015 e quanto disposto dall CCNL applicato
Per altre condizioni, diritti ed obblighi nascenti dal presente contratto, si fa espresso riferimento a quanto previsto dal Contratto Collettivo Nazionale a Lei applicabile.

This is my third piece, and I’m gonna give it to my niece as a baptism gift!
I’m not aiming for perfection, and I try not to focus too much on the flaws (like, only now do I realize that the last s is sort of tilted, and that the fabric is puckering a bit in different places). Over all, I’m very happy, because it was a lot of fun to design it, and to try out different stitches. Loved making French knots, but bullion stitches not so much. Somehow making curved lines is the trickiest of them all for me, which is why I decided not to add a date at the bottom.
I’m excited, because this piece has really made me realize that embroidering is the thing for me. It’s the perfect combination between mindfulness and the satisfaction of accomplishment (like, one little French knot makes the cutes little flower, and gives me a little tiny dopamine rush, which incidentally makes it easier for me to enjoy the mindfulness of satin stitches, does that make sense?). Anyways, also love this community, you guys are so talented and so supportive, and your pieces are so incredibly inspiring.

I will probably get dragged for this and maybe I do deserve it but it’s really hard for me to express negative emotions like sadness anger etc I don’t like feeling negative emotions I like only feeling the positive ones and having others feel the same. I know it most likely stems from hearing yelling from my adult figures my whole life and being yelled at for stuff that u shouldn’t be yelled at for. This one particular person is a good adult figure to me but does speak before thinking and will just start yelling when mad even if it’s not something to yell for so since I grew up around that my brain probably thinks it’s ok too though Ik it’s not. I just bottle up my negative emotions and then I get mad and argue with people online usually on Twitter and mostly when they are bring mean to others. I know I can ignore but I don’t like people being rude so I try to stand up for people though I may be doing it all wrong. I know it’s not right but I just don’t like being vulnerable and also admitting that some of my arguments were wrong on my end. I feel like a bad person and I’m scared that people also feel the same way and I don’t wanna be. I definitely have said stuff that was very wrong and wouldn’t say if I was mad. Ik this might not help and I will probably get hate though it’s probably valid
