New here and confused about the number my supplier puts on the syringes (that are pre loaded). I started at 20, am up to 40. Working great. But that’s clearly not milligrams, it must be units, right?
What’s the mg => dose translation? Can anyone tell me what the typical starting dose is in units - what is considered starter dose, and how high does it go?

I don't know if it's OCD thinking or if I should genuinely feel this way but I kept looking back at incidents in our relationship and thought that it's SA and once the thought came into my head it played on loop. Little background: when we started dating I told him that I would not wanna have sex before marriage so that was a source of conversation for long. We both kept contemplating whether we should continue the relationship or not. We are in a LDR. It's our first relationship. Both are 24. . 1) incident 1: I look back at our convos where he tried to initiate online sex stuff. It was mostly done very decently but sometimes his frustration would show although I know he was trying hard not to I would notice the change in tone and start overthinking and force a discussion Outta him and he would tell me how he feels like it's getting monotonous and how maybe I could start sending pics to keep the fire burning so that we don't get bored. Valid right? I heard him out and we did try our this stuff and while I felt veryyyy awkward I actually enjoy it alot now. Yes there were times where he asked too many times but I honestly didn't mind it or didn't find it coercive. But according to the internet is it coercive right? 2) incident 2: we were making out in a room and I let us go to 2nd base. We were making out for hours and his hand would periodically go between my legs and I would have to redirect it and say no. I would say "sorry no" and he didn't like me saying sorry. Yes I did say no multiple times but I know that things happen in the heat of the moment and I didn't feel uncomfortable or unsafe with him. 3) incident 3: when we started dating he would send me these NSFW memes which would scare me because I felt pressured but then eventually that stopped. I thank him for the memes cus that made me open up to him as well. I never told him I was uncomfortable. So how is he to blame? 4) Incident 4: he once asked if he could finger me above my pants to which I said yes. This happened months ago. And one time he was fingering me above my pants but it wasn't working out for either of us. He asked if he could do it under my pants and above my underwear but I didn't want that at first. Then he made some valid points which convinced me but I still kept saying no because I didn't want my brain to think "oh no he coerced you into doing something". But then his eyes started watering and he said "I let you touch me something something" so I said "I'm not comfortable with this rn, you can ask me again later". Which he did and then only I said yes. He told me the tears happened at the wrong time and he sees which it might come out as emotionally manipulative but he cried because his grandmother had died the previous day. I didn't feel coerced but now my brain started thinking "oh but he cried so it's assault".. Incident 5) whenever I rejected him I could sense some tension, now my brain thinks that it was emotional manipulation. I broke up with him because idk what to think. He has been very patient wrt the break up. He said it was all unintentional and he asked me to share these incidents with my friends and therapist to see what they say. I myself didn't feel violated but I only felt annoyed when these things happened cus I was like "oh shit now my OCD will overthink this". Help :(

I've had social anxiety disorder, depression, agoraphobia, etc. for decades at this point (I'm 36). The last few years I find myself getting angry at people for causing me anxiety. I know it's not rational, but that's where my mind goes I guess. I'm irritable all the time and I just want people to leave me alone. I've been fucked over in the past so much I kind of hate people at this point.
I'd love to move out into the middle of the woods in a small cabin or something and work remotely, but I don't have that kind of money or the skills to do that at this point. It's getting to the point that those are the only two options. Moving into the woods somehow or putting a bullet in my head. I don't really know what to do, and I can't take much more of this. I'm just venting I guess, but life fucking sucks. I couldn't even go on vacation with my family for Thanksgiving because my anxiety is too bad. I guess I'm not in a good headspace right now.

I've known about forever chemicals for a while now and whilst when I learned I made a few changes e.g. Teflon but a recent report came out recently linking use of products with forever chemicals in pregnancy to breastmilk. Whilst it wasn't definitive, the risk of not changing is greater than the risk of changing so it seems best to change.

Hello, I suck (s2), and have been trying to climb, have been 2 tricking Kai and Zeri. Ik their wrs are low rn, but I dont really care theyre fun.
Anyways, Ive been running into a consistent problem, my team. Yeah yeah ik youre the consistent factor, I get that, my issue is, I dont understand how to play around it. Zeri and Kai arent really 1v2 in lane champs, but they scale well, which I like, the problem is I feel like most games are decided by 20 minutes, which is when my champs really start to turn on, but by that point theres often a 15 kill jg/top thay I cant deal with and I really dont know what to do.
The approach Ive been taking is see how a teamfight goes, if we get stomped I side lane and take towers for gold, but sometimes that approach doesnt work, since they respond to the map, then I kinda dont know what to do? I avg 7+ csm and am usually under 5 deaths unless its a BAD game, but obv that doesnt matter if I cant provide value for the team.
My default state is push wave look for something on map keep pushing if nothing, which afaik is a good approach, but its kinda not working when we just get sieged for free lmao.

2024.11.26 11:40 rjgtje Yealink BH70 won't answer first incoming call
Currently using a Yealink BH70 headset, connected to a Siemens GigasetSL800 H Pro Dect phone.
When i receive an incoming call, and i press the call control button, it rejects the incoming call. Calls, when not answered, are always rerouted to a call centergroup.
I'm an agent in that group, and when the call is forwarded to that group i can accept it using the call control button.
Why can't i accept calls directly incoming? It almost feels like the headset is asleep or something. How ever, this option is disabled via the Yealink USB connect software.
Anyone familiar with this problem?
