my dad uses his computer for 4 displays, streaming video, and photoshop. no gaming whatsoever.
he think he needs a 14700 cpu but i told him that raptor lake have issues.
i want to get him a pc w 32gb ram, a 4070 , and a decent cpu. air cooled bc he doesnt know hot to maintain a liquid cooled pc. i under 1100 is probably too low. but do you guys have any suggestions for what im looking for with him.
i tried to reccomend him this but he thinks the i5 cpu isnt powerful enough for photoshop

Jeg sitter og leser til eksamen, og tenker at jeg helt sikkert kan få veldig gode karakterer om jeg vil i faget (som ikke er sånn superrelevant for det jeg sikter meg inn på å jobbe med), men kan sikkert cruise inn til en B eller C hvis jeg ikke gjør noe mer øving frem til eksamen. Så kan jeg heller bruke tiden min på å utvikle meg på utenomfaglige områder som jeg tror jeg vil ha mer nytte av seinere.
Jeg er ikke opptatt av karriere, men jeg vil jo selvsagt ikke ødelegge mulighetene mine når jeg skal søke jobb om et par år.

My insurance company doesn’t have a fire and wind only policy and I am just sick of their games. Insurance doubled the month after closing then I got a new company who sent out inspector and new company raised rates. My house has zero issues, it’s all updated new plumbing and electrical no problems with roof but it is 124 yrs old in a historical district. I paid the house off so I can self insure! These companies are turning into big crooks. I understand people are fraudulently making claims and then there are all the natural disasters but I can’t afford their problems. Please tell me why I should keep overpriced policy?? It’s more than the law should allow!! Can they just charge whatever they feel like!?? Please help!! What is the best avenue to take?
