I know bitcoin can be controversial to some, but here goes anyway…
I have a strong conviction in Bitcoin and I’ve been studying it intensely for the past 3 years. I am really into coastFIRE and thinking of coasting in the next year, even though the traditional coastFIRE calculator says I’m good to go now.
When I use calculators such as: https://bitcoincompounding.com/ it basically says I’m going to be a gazillionare, even when I use the most conservative models.
Has anyone spent any time with the CAGR modeling of Bitcoin over the next 20 years? I know this can be a speculative exercise.

Hello all! I am generally pretty good at getting gifts, but for some reason when it comes to my parents I can’t think of anything. My parents are stereotypical Indian parents, very no-nonsense and always saying “don’t get me anything, seeing your success is enough” and such things. It’s been one year since I moved out of my parents’ house. This will be my first Christmas with a salaried job, and I really want to spoil my parents as a thank you for raising me and paying for my education. My budget is about $500 USD for both gifts combined.
About my mom: My mom is a practical person and hates to spend money on expensive/luxury items. She loves temu lol. That being said, if a gift is a luxury item and something she doesn’t like, she sees it as a waste of money. For example, my brother also recently got a job and booked a fine dining “experience” for my parents. They of course told him that they loved it, but my mom told me that while she appreciated it, she thought it was “weird” and didn’t enjoy it much. My mom likes to cook and garden. She likes practical items and is not very tech savvy. She likes dark chocolate, tiramisu, our family cat, shopping, fajitas, gold jewelry, bright colors, and cutesy things.
About my dad: Think stereotypical desi dad lol. He loves movies, especially old classics and thrillers. He collects alcohol, but lately doesn’t drink much. He likes slightly higher end things. He likes tech stuff, we had rc toys and drones growing up, and he drives a tesla. He likes to vacation, and is pretty adventurous despite not being very athletic.
Ideally, I want to get them something high end that they wouldn’t get for themselves, but is still practical so they will use it. They are in their 50s-60s. Neither of them like books or music.
I feel that we as a culture are not very gift oriented, with practices like treating others on your birthday etc. What gifts would you appreciate from your adult children? What gifts did your parents love to receive from you? Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I have had the buds pro for a a couple of years now, I am very happy with the sound, ANC could be better and I do hate the fit. I need to adjust them all the time, I dont feel safe running with them and because I need to adjust them I find my self turning off the touch features all the time because I accidentally do stuff when adjusting (the most annoying being disconnecting phone calls). The buds 3 pro are right now on sale for me and i can get them for 1943 SEK (=177 usd or 168 eur). For reference I use buds for a 2-3 hours daily for music (rock, jazz, blues, classical, metal), videos (movies, tv, youtube) and phone calls. the one hour of these are on public transport so ANC is quite useful. I use them also at work so it is nice if I can have the ambient mode on so that I know what's going on around me and if someone talks to me. My phone is an S22 Ultra and I dont plan on switching for at least 1-2 years (unless disaster strucks).
So the question is, in your experience and as objectively as possible, is it worth switching? Do the buds 3 pro have a comfortable safe fit which I do not need to adjust all the time? and most of all is the price worth it considering I have a perfectly functioning pair of buds pro, but with some annoyances?

 | Howdy! Just looking for any lightbulb ideas that y’all may have. This hair refresh is truly just stumping me 😅 Present state: mousy blonde/bronde roots are my natural color. It lifts like a dream but my goal is to minimize as much processing on my virgin hair as possible. The red to black is 10 months of fading with semi permanent colors (believe it or not the bleached section was highlighter pink when I first did it), and then before that was the same color blocking/ set up but Calico colors. The heart 🤌🏻🤌🏻 wanted sonic the hedgehog a** blue, but I’m not trying to set myself up for muddy colors or overprocessing my ends, which I already know need a solid trim. I’ve had pretty much every color in the rainbow on my head at SOME point, even if just in streaks. Only color I wouldn’t be too crazy about is a vivid orange. Not my fave. Love Bride of Chucky, DON’T want to look like one of the main characters 💀💀 Even just suggestions for colors to look at would be appreciated 😅😅😅 cause naturally I’m gravitating towards literally every color that would be a bitch to correct and I truly am not trying to be that client.
