I am thinking about buying a keychron K3, I like it a lot, but I am unsure about what switches I should use, as I have read that they sometimes are so sensible that they press themselves or by just resting a bit the fingers over the keycaps. I would buy it with red keychron optical switches. Is that true, or are the people exaggerating the problem?

Anyone else fed up with chicken? I have been on this journey since early March and chicken has always been my go to source for protein. Most days I will have one or two protein shakes as well to boost the amount of protein I get each day. At my age, height and weight, I should be eating between 200 and 250 grams of protein per day. Recent studies are now even recommending more based on age and that is up to 300g for my height and weight. It is not even Reddit or the pharmacies that keep harassing me about protein, it is my GP as well.
Any recommendations on other sources of protein? I can tolerate lamb and beef but I don't want to break the bank as I have three young children and do hope to retire one day. I love the clear whey protein shakes from MyProtein and the child in me is very fond of the Marvel flavours. My goal is to also stay under 2200 calories per day.
When it comes to chicken, no matter how I cook it and try to make it not taste like chicken, I can no longer stomach it.

Since last year I had 3 adult rooks and two juveniles visiting every day, the youngest one hasn't been for a couple of weeks, and there's only two adults been coming. I can't find anything online about their behaviour at this age, so I don't know if the youngsters mob up or something, (nor why 3 adults would be together in the first place). Can anyone please enlighten me? I'd grown very fond of little Rocky, and they get food every day so it seems odd for two of them to disappear - the siblings were usually together and often fed beak to beak.
