I've been told by stewards that the 12 progressions per career does not pertain to individuals who changed job codes prior to the new contract(i.e. not retroactive) I have 12 years in as an assembler and 1.5 as a QA and have to wait for top out pay? In theory someone with 6 years in as an assembler can move to QA under this new contract and will make top out pay(if the above statements from the shop stewards are true). How is this fair and equitable treatment? In practice I could down grade to assembly, apply for QA and top out? Not that those codes are available at the moment. I have also heard MNGMT echo the same(second hand).

Hi - We have an upcoming flight on Sunday (today is Tuesday) and I just received an email from United saying I could pre-order meals, so I went on the site but it is not allowing me to select any meal choice except the 1st one.
I can see all the choices (there are 5 I think) but only the first one has a radio button to check).
I've tried Firefox, Chrome and Edge and also the United app. All the browsers behave the same. The app doesn't have any radio buttons but it also doesn't allow you to select a choice :( !!
I also called United and the person I spoke to said they can't do the pre-orders for me (we have 3 seats on this same flight).
Is this because it is too soon to pre-order?
Is there some trick or something to get their website to show the radio buttons?

Im a 15 year old guy and for alot of cases I said no to having sex because I wanted my first to be with someone special. I cant really talk about this with anyone so im just here to vent. I met this girl and she started touching me and feel so special for a day. The next day I ended up having sex with her in the disabled bathrooms. She told me she had only 3 bodies so I thought it wasn’t such a bad thing. Im not saying that having bodies is relatively a bad thing but to me it was something special and I lost my virginity because of a spur of the moment decision. I was dumb and stupid and I really really regret it. When people ask me what my body count is I always think about her and I have a painful sense of regret. This is mainly in part because I found out merely a few days later that she was a so called “bop” who had sex with over 20 guys. To me I had only done it with her because she told me she had only a few bodies. However, after learning that she had over 20 at the age of 14 I instantly started to regret it. I have dreams about this and I can’t tell anyone or else they would consider me a weirdo for doing it with her. Im talking to a girl right now but she thinks that having a bodycount over 1 is too much because she hasn’t done it with anyone yet except her dad. Idk what to say to her because I try to pretend like I have no bodies because I regret both of them heavily. How can i overcome this deep regret please help I hav emental breakdowns merely thinking asbout it.
