Due to various circumstances, including work, I can’t attend regular sparring sessions and end up sparring exclusively with my coach. The problem is that my coach is a world title holder (in a very minor league, but still very, very skilled) and has a significant size advantage—he’s 6'2", while I’m 5'7" while being around the same weight.
During sparring, my coach applies a lot of pressure to help me get used to defending and thinking under pressure. He combos me heavily so that I can improve my defense and conditioning (not going further than 40% power just high volume). While this is challenging, I find it incredibly hard to land hits on him unless he shells up to give me opportunities (his way of letting me work). His massive reach advantage makes it tough; even when I get tricky with my overhands, he barely avoids them.
In most rounds, I land maybe 2–3 solid hits—by "solid," I mean strikes that genuinely catch him off guard without him letting me work. the rest just gets countered or blocked.
So my question is: Is it counterproductive to only spar against someone so much more skilled and physically advantaged than me? Or is this actually beneficial, even though I’m not sparring opponents at my own level?

Der Stefan-Joe-Lügen-beef ist ja ein bisschen abgeflacht zunächst, hat aber wieder Fahrt aufgenommen, durch Faktoren wie Klengans Video und weiter Statements. Das alles ist aber im Großen und Ganzen ja nur Nebensache. Ist Fritz' Statement von letztens final oder ist es noch möglich, nur unwahrscheinlich?
Einerseits für Stefan - bspw. Szenen, wo er Zunder hat und sinnvolles tut, oder eine Aufnahme, wo er sich vor Ort rechtfertigt und angeblich auch ausrastet (Obwohl eine Veröffentlichung eines Ausrasters irgendwie ja nicht unterstützend wirken würde??)
Andererseits die andere Seite - Szene mit Kameraausschaltung, oder ausgeführte Diskussion, die ja nur im Zeitraffer zu sehen war.

I have an Omen 16 with Ryzen 7 5800H, when I change the Windows power mode to "Best Performance" and plug it into the charger, the CPU clock in Task Manager shows it's stuck at 3.18 GHz, even when idle. Is this normal or is it throttling?

Pantheon is a dark scifi adult animation based on the book "The Hidden Girl and other stories" by Ken Liu. One of the main characters is Indian and a significant part of the story takes place in India. It has parody versions of real world companies like Apple and Reliance.
I had originally watched it when it was released in 2022 using a VPN. I just found out that Season 1 is available on Netflix India and hopefully the final Season will be made available soon too. I highly recommend it to anyone likes scifi anime like Lain or Ghost in the Shell.

My husband wanted to get into RC cars after being introduced by a friend. So for Christmas after extensive research we've gotten him an Arrma Kraton 4s and I got a Granite 4x4 so we could do it together.
I have gotten the charger needed, as the one will work for both vehicles and the batteries as well as the safety bags for the batteries and charger.
What odd ball stuff that I havent thought of that we might need?
I was thinking on the lines of safety to have a class d fire extinguisher. My family are firemen so the though immediately came to mind after researching the lipo batteries, and i might be a bit paranoid.
A tool kit is on the list too.
We live on extensive acreage and have a great local shop I got passes to as well.
Just not sure if there's anything random that would be fun to add.

I’m pretty young, and have only been doing this a couple years, just putting money into VFV, Canadian oil, and major tech stocks. I never sell, only buy more.
I feel like my portfolio has been doing concerningly well. This kind of growth for an S&P 500 etf can’t be sustainable, right? Up 7% in the last month? And it’s been like that for a while.
I’m not really worried, because I’ve got another 40 years or so left in the market, but historically, would you be expecting a correction any time soon?

I apologize this may not the correct sub to ask this question on but Im desperate right now.
I am currently applying for GMC registration. I am currently registered as a GP in 2 health authorities (in different states) in my country of residence (multiple registrations bc each state has its own health authority you need to be registered with to get licensed and I was looking for jobs in both the states). This registration does not allow practice, a separate license is still required once one gets a job to actually practice.
GMC requires me to submit good standing certificates from all the health authorities I have been registered with in the past 5 years. Both the health authorities I am registered with do not provide GSCs unless one has had a license and a few months of practice. I am currently licensed under one of the authorities so getting a GSC from them was no problem.
The problem is with my second registration, I have never been licensed with the second authority so I am not eligible for a GSC. So GMC requires that the authority send an official letter directly to them explaining why I cannot receive one. The authority informed me that they will not issue a any official letters because the criteria for GSCs are mentioned on their official website. And they do not send any documents to any external parties, it will only be sent to me. I have raised a request with them to consider my situation and it's gonna take a few days before they can give me an answer which they have already said is most likely to be no.
Now I'm stuck in this situation with nothing I can actually do and I have been emailing both of them with no resolution for this situation. I have provided GMC with the link to the official website twice now and they have never acknowledged it. I am wondering if anyone has ever been in a similar situation and how were you able to resolve that? I'm reaching the 3 months deadline since I submitted my application and have been told that my application will close after this.

So some context, I have been playing S.T.A.L.K.E.R 2 on my series X and currently the game has massive stickdrift issues which makes playing with a controller impossible for me. I've decided to use a keyboard and mouse and have been playing like that since. Until now I have been using my soundbar for audio but I want to try using my headset to see if I can get more spatial sound to help me identify where threats in the game are coming from.
The problem is my headset has a 3.5mm cable and the only audio jack is on the controller that I'm not using. I thought about just connecting the headset to the controller and not using it for anything else than an audio port. But after a while the controller turns itself off so this isn't an option unless there's a way to keep the controller from turning off (which I don't know of). Anyone know a way to connect my 3.5mm headphones to my xbox series x without using the controller port? or am I just forced to either use keyboard and mouse + soundbar and use a controller if I want to use my headset?
tldr: Anyway to connect my 3.5mm headphones to my xbox series x without using the port in the controller so that I can play with a wired headset and keyboard and mouse?

Just like the last time, i have played 50 games (server EU, starting rank Silver 1 - ending Gold 4). During the first small experiment, where i played 50 games in QM, i was recording the data on a paper sheet and the stats on Screenshots, which was a mess, this time i tried to put everything into an Excel file, i never used Excel before, it's still messy but still better than recording on a paper.
