The biggest change is unlimited rotating. So many times before you'd get the 2x1 piece but it was the wrong way. With unlimited rotating, I think only 2 cars so far have I not been able to get at least 80%. And I feel the passes to buy rewards or boosts has made it worth it. I'm getting a good number of yellow gears instead of just coins and gray gears.
If it had played the same as before, I wouldn't have bothered either. But now I'm doing well and have picked up the new building.

This is part rant, part warning, part question. I'm curious if this has happened to anybody else. Last night I scheduled a 3:30am Lyft ride to the airport and received confirmation. This morning I woke up and there was no ride coming, no notifications, it wasn't in the ride history, nothing. If it wasn't for the email I would have thought I dreamed scheduling it. When I click the 'View Your Ride' link in the email it brings me to the app home page. I didn't know if I should wait or look for another ride or what.
When I contacted support they told me very matter of factly that there was an issue with the credit card and I should contact my bank. I asked if this is normal SOP for Lyft to just quietly cancel the ride rather than asking me to update the card, notifying me there was a problem, sending a cancellation email, or switching to the other card I have on my account, and they said they would pass on my feedback. I really had to push for an answer before they admitted I should have been told that no driver was coming.
What gets me is that they advertise the service for less stress and peace of mind, but apparently you can not trust it. Fortunately this was leaving home so I could find another way to get there but I would have been stranded if this happened on the way back. Next time I'll probably use the local taxi company or Uber.

Har nylig sagt opp jobben, og eier en aksjepost i firmaet jeg har jobbet hos (i nesten 20 år). Finnes ingen aksjonæravtale. Strakk meg langt og gikk med på forlenget oppsigelsestid (nærmere 7 mnd, selv om jeg har bare 3 i kontrakten), ettersom det ble litt dårlig stemning.
Arbeidsgiver har nå sagt de ønsker at jeg selger aksjene, og de tilbyr å kjøpe meg ut til samme sum jeg kjøpte for. Jeg ønsker ikke dette. Aksjene gir bra utbytte og det er veldig sannsynlig at bedriften selges i løpet av de neste årene, med nokså stor oppside. Har også sagt jeg kan stille meg til rådighet etter jeg har gått videre i ny jobb, men det har de ikke behov for.
Hva ville dere gjort her? Er det dårlig stil å holde på aksjene når de andre eierne ønsker meg ut?

Sorry for my bad english.
So for context i worked in a 5 star hotels. At that time there were no chef de cuisine(CDC) and I am running the whole kitchen operation by myself and i went by quite smoothly with almost 0 complains.
After a while this new CDC came in and immediately tries to play politics with the executive chef and all. He basically had minimum cooking skills, no menu of his own. Everytime we are needed to do new menu he would do experiments from scratch instead of making is own signature dish.
Worst of all, he always commented on people's cooking by giving stupid and useless "tips". When it comes to the cooking part, he sucked and i can confidently say even the commis cook better than him (imagine everytime cooking stir-fry he burns the food).Now he's trying to steal my recipes and said that he's the one who owns the dish which pisses me off.
He controls the kitchen but withholding information by himself so when he's off duty there's little to no handovers provided. Sucks to work under a chef like this. The kitchen teams lost their motivation and feels like they learned nothing from him.

On December 18th at 6:30pm at the Dracut Library (28 Arlington St, Dracut MA), we will be discussing The Left Hand of Darkness by Ursula K. Le Guin. Both the Lowell library and Dracut library have plenty of copies, and you don't have to be a Dracut resident to come to the book club. It's open to all!

I’m having an issue executing a Python function directly in the integrated terminal of Visual Studio Code. Here’s the situation: 1. I have a Python file named math ex dm.py, and the code inside looks like this:

2. In the VS Code terminal, I want to execute the function mystère(71, 19) directly. I type: 3. However, I get the following error: What I’ve Tried:
• Ensured the Python file is properly saved in the correct directory. • Verified that Python is installed (python --version outputs Python 3.11.5). • Confirmed that VS Code is using the correct Python interpreter. • Tried running python "math ex dm.py" in the terminal to execute the script, which works fine but doesn’t let me interactively call the mystère function. I want to be able to call the mystère(71, 19) function directly from the terminal, not just by running the entire file. Is this possible in VS Code’s integrated terminal?
Any advice on how to fix this or properly interact with Python functions in VS Code would be greatly appreciated!
