I don't remember any actors from the movie, all I remember is one scene that looked very scare to me at that time. It's really old. The scene was such that a man looks out of a window at night, and there's a skeleton-ish creepy figure of a very old lady doing a very creepy dance to some music (or she sings it herself as she dances, i forgot). The dance is very unsettling.

I want to use this in a shared environment and would like to know if the setting through AnkerWork is retained for the FOV. I'm happy to set it on my computer, but I can't ask the software to be installed on other corporate computers and ask people to set this themselves.
The ideal setting for our application is 78deg and I'd like to avoid using this camera as our solution if we can't ensure that anyone connecting to it doesn't see the same FOV.

Hello everyone,
I am from Germany and am going to be in Okinawa next March 2025. While I am doing my research, I thought I would create a post here to see if anyone has some tips.
I would like to walk towards the North peak as well as the South tip of the island. What I have seen so far is a lot of sidewalks along highways which I don't mind if it's the only option but I think there are definitely some more scenic routes (I don't mind an increase in walking time). I want to go through towns along the way. Just as an example from the starting point to Nago is where I have started my planning.

2024.11.26 14:20 daybowbowchica I want to request more testing, but don't know what to ask for?
I've had a host of symptoms for years and I've always accepted them as just it "being me". But I've developed a few new symptoms this year that began to concern me. Increased heart rate, anxiety, hair loss (new), no libido (I'm a 36/F and this is extremely distressing for me), cold hands/feet, dizziness when changing positions (doesn't happen every single time), headaches, acne, GI issues, sleep issues, etc.
My doctor had run some tests and everything came back "normal". She referred me to Endo to probably shut me up.
Endo only did 4 blood tests... TSH, T4, Cortisol and Vitamin D.
TSH was 1.06 (ref .27-4.2). T4 was .94 (ref .93-1.7). Cortisol was normal and vitamin D was slightly low, but has increased significantly since June.
For Endo, I guess I expected more testing... Especially considering my symptoms. She emailed me this morning and said "we've ruled out endocrine disorders".
I'm at a loss. I intend to email her back and ask for more tests, at least for my own peace of mind. But I don't know what to even ask for? Does anyone have any advice?

2024.11.26 14:20 DreamOfDays Issue with inability to load when clicking on reply notifications.
So I commented on a post and received a few replies. When I click the reply notifications the app and PC just goes to a blank loading screen forever without ever resolving. It’s only ever on certain posts, because I only come across this issue once in a while. Anyone have an idea of why this might be?

I'm writing a character who was a slave in a work of fiction. I am looking for a modern documentary on how slavery impacts someone's world view.
Google results are all about post-generational trauma. I don't want that, I want real stories of people who were actually enslaved. Unfortunately... Low key, there is still slavery in some parts of the world, and I do remember watching a documentary on it a few years ago, but it was more about their living conditions, not their ACTUAL MENTAL STATE, which is why I am asking here if there is such a documentary.

2024.11.26 14:20 Mission987 Thinking of sueing my school.
So, a couple months ago my school forced boys to cut their hair SHORT! Like their words were, "If you can grasp it, it's too long" Like do they want us bald.
Anyway, next day when some students, including me, didn't cut their not so long hair, they took a pair of scissors and literally CUT the hair making it look horrible so they would have to cut it.
I was so angry that I thought of getting the police involved since violated some laws(I checked) but just ended up giving the school a letter that said that me and my guardians don't give permission for such things and so we're to happen again we would go to the authorities. I also emailed the national human rights organization and they did warn the school but their reaction when telling us about that was basically that it was for our own good, that collage would be even worse,etc.
So, It happened again today. The teacher who is the one to forcibly cut hair comes in our class and announces that all students(just boys) better cut their hair SHORT or he will do so for them. Not only that he, looking at me, said that it didn't matter if we complained he would still CUT our hair FORCIBLY.
I didn't cut my hair cause forcibly cuting hair especially after warning them once and also I don't see the correlation between hair and studying. Have you seen Isaac Newton's hair, Albert Einstein, lao zu and so many more.
I feel super angry and if they cut my hair tomorrow I will file a police report and sue them because Forcing me to change my looks when it's not a hygiene problem and not a education problem(I'm first in my grade) and after looking up some national and international laws, it turns out that it is indeed a crime. AIO?
