Current CSM with 4.5 years of experience, unhappy at my current job, severely underpaid and overworked and generally miserable. I’ve been applying to new jobs for 6+ months now on and off and had a few interviews that went nowhere and then all of a sudden these last 2 weeks I’ve had 4 recruiters in my inbox with great leads, another company I interviewed with months ago reach back out that they want to interview me and making it through first rounds by just submitting my resume….. why the heck is it turning around now?! It seems counterintuitive with it being the end of the year. Not complaining but just curious!

I used to smoke a ton and have been blessed with a job where I spend all day making an app with my best friend that helps people take a break from weed. We've been adding a ton of stuff like daily checkins, text messaging, videos, even putting reddit threads into the app lol.
I don't wanna do too much of my own ideas and miss what the community wants so my question is: what would help you take a break from weed? Like what's your dream app/features that would help you actually follow through on a break.
The app is called Clear30 (originally made to help people take 30 day breaks), we've been expanding for longer term support as well. But yea any ideas would be appreciated!!

I am trying to lose body fat and I know that hunger itself is a good thing regarding losing weight. I am wondering however, if during a workout, I experience hunger, maybe I am not giving my body enough fuel for said workout itself? I've been lifting weights for about two months and loving it! Trying to get my hands on those sweet rings, I was asking myself if I was doing it the right way.
Since it feels like a waste of ressources to not complete a skeleton key dungeon, I'm doing a full run everytime. But it would be quite quicker to only do the Magi farming.

 | So i find today in my monstera s water dish a couple of small white insects, a bit long and kinda fast moving. I looked in the dirt a bit and found a lot of white dots that i think are those insects eggs, i want to know if they are good or bad (read somewhere that they may be springtails) and how can i get rid of them ( i have alcohol, hidrogen peroxide, and i can get some neem oil tomorrow if necessary.
