I was a Network Engineer in large company (Not FAANG), approx 500 locations mostly on the east coast. Laid off 2 weeks ago due to restructuring. I know that the market is tough right now, I am just trying to gauge how bad it is. In order to land your current role did you have to take a step down in position or pay? I am targeting Lead Network Engineer, Network Automation Engineer and Senior Network Engineer. Pay somewhere around $110k to $130k. I was fully remote but it seems those are the most competitve and disappear fast. I am just trying to set expectations to help me cope with this period of time.

When I got to his boss room I didn't know I was fighting this guy so soon, and I got my ass spread out all over the arena. This guy is on par with Malenia dude, I didn't even use as much tries for Malenia.
I respeced three whole times just to beat him, I even went back to activate Morgott's great rune to not get vaporised, and I still did.
I finally beat him when I muted the game music and put on rules of nature, my heart was bouta jump out of my mouth when he still had like a sliver of health and kept spamming his snek attacks.
I used a total of 23 rune arcs to beat this guy man, it ain't even funny, I just logged off after I beat him and just went to sleep.
How did you guys fare against him eh?

My brokerage is small, with less than 10 agents. My broker implied in our interview before I got licensed that she would be looking to step back and not take clients herself, and to mainly be a broker to come to for questions, but that change hasn’t happened. She is almost constantly busy and without a sales manager or equivalent since I’m just starting, I feel unsupported. To her credit, she sat down with me to learn the MLS and make sure I understood it, but I am doing almost all of my learning on my own. There’s nobody that went to open houses/showings etc. with me to show me how it’s done, walk me through contracts, or how to prospect clients.
The brokerage also strikes me as unserious. We went to continuing education courses in person and the other agents seemed to not care or take it seriously.
I have now spent around $1,100 in starting fees/dues, and a lot more money in time and gas.
How can I tell if I should consider other options? Is there something better out there for me?

Hi, I got married by the church 15 years ago, but it ended after 3 years. I tried to do the annulment with a priest and he told me that was based case and could proceed. My ex wife lied about some facts and the priest closed the case and didn't go on, although later I sent proof to the priest she was lying.
Then I moved from country, and tried with another priest, once again he told me it was based to be a positive annulment, but during the process, the priest asked for more money (I already paid him some to cover the expenses). I tried to confront him about the money matters but he was elusive, and didn't go on with the case. I know annulment should not be paid or maybe a contribution given, but in this case he made it a requirement.
While talking to another priest I explained my situation (I was in a very difficult situation at that tome), and he recommended to redo my life and go on with another woman, which I did.
If I get the annulment, I would marry again by the church.
I feel guilty about marrying again, but at the same time I feel I tried twice to do what was right.
Would you think I did wrong?

..and it works kinda! I'm more talkative and I actually have fun in forced social stuff like PE. I chose mouthwash because it is cheaper + it's not age-restricted. I 100% know its bad and this is already my 4th bottle (I drink about 50% of the bottles every week it has I think 26% alcohol) and I really want to stop but now it's just increased my anxiety because I have nothing to rely on.

Specifically for investing. I have accounts at multiple, and have always wanted to consolidate with in-kind transfers but haven’t decided if it’s worth doing or just leaving everything as is. My breakdown is as follows:
Betterment - 2 taxable brokerage accounts (different timelines) Fidelity - HSA Vanguard - Roth IRA Ascensus - Solo 401k/Roth 401k, both of which were held at Vanguard until they moved their Solo 401k products to Ascensus earlier this year.
I’ve been thinking of transferring my two Betterment accounts to either Vanguard or Fidelity and self-managing them. But I’m torn because I do like Betterment’s UX and maybe it’s good to have accounts at more places than fewer? What do y’all think?
