My partner said he would get me something nice for Christmas . So I’ve been looking at a bag that I can use possibly for smart casual evenings and nice day events. So I’ve been looking at the Chloe Marcie small (& double carry size - 3rd & 4th pic) in several finishes & colours. The two small in the black grain leather and the shiny leather . The 3rd & 4th are the double carry in blue suede and midnight suede . It’s really hard to decide because the black will be universal and classic and go with more or less everything (then it’s which leather 🤩🧐). The blue and navy are just gorgeous though but not as practical! Although a bit bigger. I have to use bags that can be Crossbody as I have a cane. Which is why I tend to look in the men’s collections more often. Plus, I like a more unisex feel. I usually go for a monogram LV but I wanted something that was softer and a little bit more slouchy in a dark neutral with brass hardware. I wear a lot of denim, black , grey and brown. So if anyone’s got any equivalent ideas in LV (or maybe YSL?). I think I can’t decide

I don’t know wether I’m being paranoid or my friends a fucking assholes.
She (24) and I (27) have been together for only 4 months. I’m madly in-love with her already.
We both live in nyc and have our own friends and social circles. Naturally, we’ve began to bring each other along to any hangouts and events.
My gf is super friendly and sweet, which I know some men can take ask flirting? But holy shit, surely my close friends don’t think my gf is flirting with them? Her face is so beautiful, her body is curvy, her hair is curly and cute, she is the sweetest and has the Irish sarcastic humour and accent. And all of the things I’ve mentioned, some of my friends have complimented about her to me?
Am I going fucking crazy or is this weird? From what I can remember, they didn’t compliment my previous gf like this?
I noticed it even more last night, we had a friends giving party with my mates and of course she came with me. She’s a social butterfly, can talk with everyone Independently without needing me and obviously I like that. So when I see her talking with a couple of friends of mines, then them bringing her drinks and touching her while they were talking, my blood started to boil. To then make matters worse, she told me last night when we went home together that some of them sent her a follow request on instagram.
Am I just a jealous asshole? Or are my friends crossing the line?
But if they are crossing the line, how do I bring that up with them? I’m not afraid of confrontation but I don’t want to lose my shit with them either.

2024.11.26 14:18 JustAnotherGuy903 Recently got back into the hobby.. need guidance

So as the title states, I recently got back into the hobby of collecting (mainly football & some basketball).
While I do enjoy the cards themselves and keeping some for my PC, I also do want to be able to sell a lot to have at least some cash flow.
I like ripping packs and I like grading trying to get that “10” back. With all that said, I haven’t had much luck buying singles on eBay to send off to grade. Seems as though everybody is selling the cards they aren’t grading, as well.
So, from my experience, the best way to find gem cards is from ripping. Do you guys buy a lot of hobby boxes online? Hard to find any in-store in my area. Or would you buy retail? I do like mosaic, prizm & optic.

With a hydrogen dominant SIBO, I don’t sleep well at nights. I have a gas build up by 4 AM, and need to let out a long fart followed by a bowel movement. Again at 6 AM. Does this mean my gut motility is high? However, everything I read says SIBO is caused by low gut motility.

I 24F and my (let's call him Paul, 24M) childhood friend have had a very close friendship ever since the age of 4 and is still holding up until now with mutual respect, love and care for each other. We were inseparable and spent a lot of quality time together before the gay ex-classmate (24M, let's call him George) came into the scenery and slowly but steadily isolated Paul from me.
Paul was a "guy's guy", popular and handsome, he was very active with sports, gaming and other hobbies during high school. And apart of me he didn't have any other female friends. During high school I started hanging out with a group of 3 new people we had just met, 2 girls and 1 guy, George. I introduced Paul to that group once I grew closer to them and we all started hanging out. George was the opposite of Paul and before I introduced them Paul used to make of fun of him to me (immature behaviour which I called out) because George had a girly voice and way of speaking. There was no way Paul and those 3 would ever click if it wasn't for me intermediating. In fact they wouldn't even be in good terms since the group had realised Paul's attitude towards George and considered him to be a jerk, but I called them out on that.. Anyways, we all started hanging out and for a couple of years it was a pure joy. Here I need to mention that George was hanging out with a guy and considered him a friend for the first time in his life and if it wasn't for me, I repeat they would have never crossed paths.
At the time Paul started hanging out with us (2013-2016), me and him still remained best friends and our bond was something bigger and much more special than the whole friend group. When the school year 2015-2016 was about to start Paul went to a different high school in order to get prepared for technical studies at university. That's when George took the opportunity and started making plans for the group and not including me telling the others excuses like "she couldn't make it, she was busy, there's no bus for her to come" and other bs like that. Paul talked to him about it because without me he didn't feel like there was a spot for him in that group but George kept going with the excuses about me not being able to hang out with them. Slowly but steadily he started inviting Paul to go out with him on their own and that became a standard. So I ended up hanging out with Paul just by ourselves, as we used to and he had told me that he doesn't really ever make plans with George, it was always George suggesting something and he only followed when he had nothing else better to do.
At this point we're all 24. George never came out as gay but all sources (except Paul who falls for his bs that he has had a gf and such) confirm that he is. Paul has a relationship with a girl (let's call her Cindy, 22F) since late 2021, I have a relationship as well with a guy since some months now and George, well, he supposedly had a gf once that no-one ever saw or met irl. George up until this date has never hang out alone with any other guy than Paul, let alone have another guy friend. I've been trying to give hints to Paul about George being gay and possibly attracted to him but he completely ignores them. Yesterday I saw a story on Instagram (which I rarely do, but anyways) and Paul had went to George's graduation ceremony and I might be exaggerating but I got furious, frustrated, angry and jealous. I had my graduation some days ago as well, but Paul couldn't attend because his gf couldn't come and she was insecure of letting him attend on his own, yet he went to the graduation of the guy whom I'm 99% sure is in love with him. Also, we're not allowed to hang out on our own anymore because of Paul's gf, while he can go out whenever he wants to with George. I kinda want George to make a move towards Paul and their friendship to be ruined. AITAH for feeling like that? Am I overreacting?
Some extra information about George: in 2017 he got one of the other remaining girls of the friend group out of the group because she had a crush on Paul and made a move towards him (a kiss). He called her all kinds of names and he persuaded the 3rd girl to get her out of the group and while Paul insisted that she did nothing wrong, George didn't wanna hear anything.

Two days ago (Sunday) I was picking up a couple of things at the local market and I was speaking with the checker for a moment and a woman asked: Young man, could you go ahead and bag my groceries since I wasn’t busy. Now I’m a lot of things but my head of gray hair suggests I’m not young. She was even more ancient than I so “certainly, I’d be happy to help”. It was just a few things and I winked at the checker that it was all fine. I asked her if she needed help getting them into her car. That would be appreciated she said. On the way to her car she seemed confused that I was carrying an extra bag with hers. I said those are mine and the light came on in her head that I didn’t work there. She was a little embarrassed, but I told her she had me hooked when she referred to me as young man.

I'm DMing a new campaign with 3 mostly inexperienced players. A Fighter, Wizard and Bard.
How can I help the group with a creative solution that isn't just them finding more health potions? Maybe a magic item or something that can be justified with lore?
We are starting at lvl 3 and I will present options for NPC's to join them here and there, but it really depends if they make smart choices. I don't want to make it easy for them, but don't want to frustrate them while they're still getting used to the game.
Ps: They have played lvl 1 and 2 before.
