Just sharing, ever since naging "blended" yung account namin naging super nakaka stress na siya. 6 years na ako sa account namin, first job ko to at after graduation nag apply ako dahil non voice siya. Chat and email. Okay naman yung account, masaya actually kahit mababa ang offer pero okay lang kasi magaan lang for me yung trabaho. Bilis lang magamay yung tools at process at realistic din yung kpi's kaya ang dami ring tenured agents na hindi umaalis kahit mababa offer at bihira mag ramping yung account namin. Pero nitong September nag start maging blended/omni set up. May calls na. At pahirap sa gaya kong walang experience sa pag handle ng calls, may "training" kami pero 2 days tapos classroom training lang. Puro presentation at basa basa lang nang nasa powerpoint. No problem naman dun kaso wala kahit pa abay man lang kahit ilang araw para maging mas pamilyar yung agents na 0 experience sa call handling. Yung account namin ay punong puno ng irate user dahil ang account namin ay about earnings/payouts pero pag sa chat at email walang problema kasi di mo naman maririnig yung sigaw, mura at lait na nasa messages nila kaya kahit may irate user ay okay lang tatawanan lang. Pero tae nitong may calls na grabe! Walang araw na hindi ka makakasagot ng mga tawag na hindi ka sisigawan dahil di nila nakukuha yung gusto nila. So sa situation ko since wala akong experience sa calls, lagi ako naririndi, umiinit ang ulo at naluluha kasi yung ingay sa headset kulob na kulob sa tenga ko, di ko tuloy maiwasan maurat. At eto pa, blended account na raw kami pero araw araw ako whole day calls 3 months na kasi hati yung agents, may mga hindi whole day calls at naka chat and email pa rin at may mga calls na. If malagyan man ng chat time eh once a week lang tapos 2hrs lang. swerte nga naman at yung gaya ko pang walang exp ang napili nila ilagay sa whole day calls. Konti nalang aayaw na ako haha. Nagtitiis lang ako dahil december. Thinking about leaving if hindi ko na talaga kaya. I feel disappointed lang talaga dahil tumaas yung level ng stress sa account na super okay na sana. Mahal ko na sana yung account kaso nagbago yung pananaw ko sakanya char haha.

I'm about to tie a small lap quilt for my 100-year-old great aunt. It's her Christmas present - if I get it done in time! It's just squares, so I'm planning to use #8 Perle cotton and make a double X at each intersection and in the center of each square. My question is, how should I do the ties on the edges since I'm not sure exactly how much space will be covered by the binding? Should I do a sort of bar instead of an X so the binding can cover it? Just worried about extra bulk there....

2024.11.26 14:27 killianmcc Frustrated with Samsung - Should I Change?
My Samsung A53 which I bought 2 years ago is annoying the crap out of me. It's gotten slow and unresponsive, taking a photo it has to sit and think for 5 seconds before it'll save the picture.
I've tried all kinds of troubleshooting, settings optimisations, restarts, deleting apps. Nothing seems to help. I can't understand, for what isn't an old or bottom rung phone it shouldn't be having this much trouble.
My last few phones had been OnePlus and I'd never had any trouble.
As I'm at my wits end, and with Black Friday coming up, I'm wondering if I should take advantage of the trade in offers and get something new.
It looks like through Samsung I can get up to £140 back for it and maybe grab a Galaxy S24 but I've kind of been put off Samsung now I think...
Through OnePlus I could get a £89 on trade in and maybe grab a 12R.
My priorities are not breaking the bank, so bang for buck, and good pictures. Thoughts/opinions? I'm also open to suggestions on what to try with my A53 if I can actually make it run well again!

2024.11.26 14:27 MountainBuilder2589 Is my baby low sleep needs or am I missing something?
My little one is just shy of 6 months old and has been averaging 12-12.5hrs of sleep in 24hr period. I assumed it was because she was low sleep needs but finding a schedule that works for her has been impossible. In order to get 12 hrs of wake time in the day I need long wake windows and short naps and she struggles with BOTH. If I let her, she'd take short wake windows and long naps (but when I do that usually leads to a split night). I'm writing this as she's crying her eyes out trying to fall asleep for her nap because she's overtired. I feel like I'm torturing her by forcing her to stay awake for so long to then just wake her up in an hour and have her be very clearly exhausted for another long wake period.
Sleep trained, 2.5/3/3/2.5, 6 am wake, 8pm bedtime, naps are 1/1/.5. Anyone else experience something similar? Everywhere I read is that a low-sleep needs baby would take short naps, resist naps after a short wake window, or resist bedtime. She does none of those things but can't seem to stay asleep at night if I don't cap naps.
