Long story short:
I did a rough cycle of test e and anavar at the start of 2023, it was great results were great but after my ex stabbed me in the throat. I left town and didn't cycle off right I lost all gains and got gyno.
Fast forward to now, I've been training hard and eating right and doing everything clean but I am getting nowhere, my doctor won't let me get gyno surgery till I lose more weight.
My test levels are fucked completely shot, low enough to be bellow acceptable range but in Australia I've heard of people as low as 3 nmol/L not getting trt, I have now had 3 tests across the year sub 6 nmol/L.
What should I do? Get some clen and get my bf% low enough for the gyno surgery or jump on test e again to bring my levels back up and lose weight while I'm at it, it seems as though until my T levels are fixed I can't get below 15%, for almost 2 years now i have been doing the chicken rice and broccoli in phases then just keto when i get sick of chicken rice and broccoli, 5k run every morning, weights every second night, hiking 3 times a week with the misses, 16/8 intermittent fasting.

Whenever I alt tab or do something that causes a game to go out of focus, it'll often freeze and then refuse to unfreeze when I try to go back to it. The only way I can get it to unfreeze is by hovering over it and previewing it from the taskbar. Does anyone have any way to fix this?

Does STALKER 2 feel just like dead island 1??
The character animations when looking down The questing system, the music when you accept a quest. The overall feel and look to the gameplay.
I haven't played dead island 2 in probably 5+ years if not longer, haven't touched dead island 2 at all but STALKER feels so much like dead island.
What's your opinion?

I started feeling really bad at work yesterday and went to the doctor afterwards and now I'm taking a sick day. I have the day off tomorrow and I told my boss I'd be returning to work on Thursday, but I don't really feel well enough yet. I don't know what I should do. Should I just battle through it and go to work or tell her I won't be coming back to work until next week (I have saturday and sunday off).

The NOK has been weakening for some time (eg. compared to the Euro), especially since summer 2022. Partially because of this, our central bank hasn't lowered interest rates yet, which causes a lot of media attention.
In the media coverage, economists are portrayed as baffled by the weak currency, with various hypothesis floating around, but (seemingly) no clear consensus.
My question is: Should I expect economists to understand what causes currency swings/drops such as this?
Or is currency markets etc so complex that it is inherently very difficult to understand and explain in detail, and it is unrealistic to expect economists to understand it?
