Hello everyone:
I’m here to share my experience taking Cymbalta for the past 10 years. It all started for me because I had significant anxiety and depression problems, and after taking Escitalopram, they prescribed me this medication. Initially, I started with 30 mg, then 60 mg, then 90 mg, and finally 120 mg per day as I withdrew from the previous medication.
I have to admit that my anxiety and depression mostly seemed to disappear. I didn’t experience very unpleasant side effects like anxiety or dizziness. For me, everything was fine, though it did make me quite sleepy in general. It kept me in a kind of "zombie" state, but not in an exaggerated way. Calm, mellow... Also, I gained weight, but it wasn’t worrying. I also retained a lot of fluids. I sweated a lot when exercising. After such a long time, I began having significant libido problems. My sexual desire, as a young man (35 years old), progressively decreased to the point where I no longer had spontaneous erections during the day and became quite asexual in that regard. While I was with my partner, everything was fine because I knew very well what excited me and what didn’t, but then we broke up, and over time, I’ve tried to meet other women and have had many "failures" in this sense, to the point where I had to use Tadalafil. To counteract this lack of sexual desire and some impotence, they prescribed me Bupropion (Wellbutrin - Elontril), and I’ve been reducing the Cymbalta dose until today, where I take 30 mg every other day, so it’s essentially like taking 15 mg per day. After 1 month with this regimen, to which I struggled to adapt but managed by doing a lot of sports and walking, I tried to do it every 3 days. For the first 5 days, everything went great, it seemed like I was finally done with Cymbalta! But nothing could be further from the truth. On the sixth day, I had a severe anxiety and depression relapse, like I hadn’t felt in a decade. Going from 60 mg to 30 mg, even with Wellbutrin, was very hard. Dropping from 30 mg to 15 mg was a bit easier, though I still feel tense and nervous. Going from 15 mg to 0 is going to be very difficult. I’ve tried it and failed. The pharmaceutical company, Eli Lilly, decided not to sell doses smaller than 30 mg of the medication in my country. There is no 20 mg dose, no 15 mg dose... no 10 mg... plus, they are capsules with granules, so you can’t split the dose like a solid tablet. Stopping this medication is being a nightmare. On top of that, the pharmaceutical company has made it harder by not offering more flexible doses on the market. There is no middle ground, it’s either all or nothing. The withdrawal symptoms I’ve experienced have been terrible: dizziness, nausea, depersonalization, vomiting, emotional crashes....

Christian, the owner of Christian’s Kratom / Minnesota Nice Botanicals was kind enough to send me samples of his excellent products.
I tried the white Hulu and the Green Bali and I am pleased with what I received. Everything arrived quickly and was presented and packaged very nicely and unpretentiously. correspondence was easy and responded to promptly and in detail.
Both items are of excellent quality. While not something most of us consume for its flavor, the taste of the powder itself is very clean and free of contaminants and impurities, no hints of metal or chemicals. The product was also very fresh and not overly dried. Potency and consistency was excellent. Additionally, The grain of the powder of both kinds is very fine, without any detectable grit, and care was given to ensure that it is evenly distributed before being packaged.
I use toss and wash almost exclusively, so this is an important detail to highlight for obvious reasons. It is a clear and notable difference from what you get when buying product from the commercial vendors that are common nationwide. I typically buy my kratom in physical shops whenever possible, and will travel extra distance to shops with a broad selection and knowledgeable clerks if possible.
I’ve only found Hulu strains in specialty shops, of which there are a small handful of in my area, but it is not commonly available in my usual places. I have had green Hulu in the past, but overall I am not very familiar with the strain so this was a nice change-up
The white Hulu kratom was quite stimulating. It provides a clean, energetic kick that is upfront and immediate, but not overpowering or jittery. It also provided a pleasant mood boost. Christian’s white Hulu provides an excellent balance of mood lift, fatigue reduction, and mild analgesia. Potent and effective. Recommended.
The green Bali was of equal quality and consistency. While quite familiar with the seemingly ubiquitous red Bali, and, gold vein spotted in the wild, I have never tried or seen a green vein Bali in all the years of being aided and comforted by this wonderful plant.
The green Bali gave me significant, noticeable, and quick relief from my daily chronic pain, and a soothing enhancement of mood that was quite a surprise, I felt my scalp tingling and a grin creeping up as it began working. There was a mild, alert yet calm and clearheaded degree of stimulation provided as well as is common with many green vein varieties. Christian recommended this strain as a personal favorite and I can see why he is proud of it. Outstanding.
Having used kratom for close to 10 years, I typically eyeball my doses, so I’m not quite sure how much but it’s usually around 3g-4g at a time regardless of brand or strain.
Taking my normal dose and feeling the tingles is a solid metric to gauge a product by in my opinion. Kratom is fantastic overall, but excellent quality product always reminds me how amazing it truly is.
Christian’s Kratom / Minnesota Nice Botanicals is well worth ordering from. The website is straightforward and easy to navigate, prices are reasonable, and there is lots of additional information to browse as well. It is clear he is passionate and knowledgeable about kratom and wants to provide excellent product and service to his patrons. Give it a try.
