2024.11.26 15:30 snipsnip80 10 lbs down after 8 weeks. I feel so different already.
No photos but F, 5'5", originally at 195, now 185 and healthy weight is around 150 for me. This week has been hard because I keep gaining the 2 lbs back and then losing it so a bit of plateau but losing 10 lbs in 2 months would be previously unthinkable. It usually takes me a year or so to lose 10 lbs by exercising heavily and eating much less.
I have been n 0.25 4 weeks and 0.5 another 4.
With losing this weight so successfully I noticed that I am much more appreciative of my body vs criticizing as I normally do. When I see the shape coming back out of the fat, I feel very happy. Previously I would constantly criticize myself even if I was 40 lbs lighter. But of course that never helped anything. Now after seeing how heavy I got by being so disordered I am decided I need to be kinder and more patient.

Hi, so when I have have like more than 2 videos playing, they can randomly "start repeating the last ~15 frames" then, after like ~3 seconds, Arch crashes (black screen, then reboot). I'm not really sure why is it happening.
