($20) F Marked Clamp on Front Sight Base 750 Diameter. These were originally pinned gas blocks left over from low profile gas block conversions. The tapir pin holes have been bored out and threaded to M4x7.0, uses a 2mm Hex key Includes new set screws and the sight post assembly is installed.
($20) Ruger AR-556 FSB .750 diameter. Left over parts from a conversion. One has been threaded for 4 M4x7.0 set screws and a 12-28 hole on the bottom (this screw is not included) The other has only been threaded for a bottom mounted set screw which is included. Just specify which you want.
($50) 4" 5.56 AR Barrel. Includes gas block, gas tube, and barrel nut (cut to fit short tube) This was originally an Anderson 16" barrel that was bent at the front. It has since been chopped and ported. A fun little fireball maker. ~200 rounds through it. Tested with a carbine buffer and 55g ammo.

I have a bard character who is level 5. I'm going to take 2 levels in rogue. I've never multiclassed before, so i don't know exactly how the leveling works. Do I get the expertise of a level 1 rogue where I can double two proficiencies? The handbook doesn't say that I don't, but I did already get that feature as a bard, plus jack of all trades, which means I could be extremely op, potentially. I mean, I have a +7 investigation and +9 stealth already from doubling those. What if I doubled them again? +18 stealth would be incredible for a rogue.

2024.11.26 15:40 Unusual-Twist1094 it’s been 17 days since i quit smoking and i cannot stay motivated.
i began smoking when i was 17 and it wasn’t very bad. eventually, i quit it for 4 months abruptly and i did not feel ANY withdrawals. i was genuinely surprised and i thought i just had a good control over my mind. then i went on a family trip where one of my family member kept smoking and i could smell it on him everytime i walked past him. the trip was also so stressful and the first thing i did when i reached home was smoke again. literally in the next 10 minutes, i had a cigarette in my hand and i felt guilty but my mind just pushed it aside.
after a year, i got into a relationship and he did not really drink or smoke. when he came to know that i did, he kept asking me to quit and was supportive. i wanted to do something for him so i ended up quitting smoking and this is when i experienced hell. i would straight up cry for hours while drooling senselessly on call with him. i would actually go to the cigarette shop and just stand there for hours and fight with myself to not go buy it. it all made sense when one day i actually went to the shop and began crying. everyone looked at me like i was crazy but only i knew what i went through. however, i moved to my bf’s city and i ended up spending more time with him and that made me quit smoking for 1 year. even when i smelled or saw cigarette, i never had the craving.
until i had to return back to my hometown after a year. i began therapy before i returned and i was on anti depressants. for some reason, my cravings to smoke came back again and i tried to fight it. however, i eventually gave in after a year and began smoking. my bf and i broke up due to the long distance relationship and then, it got more worse. i smoked 30 cigarettes a day and i never had time to do the things i loved. i didn’t mind it though i just wanted to ‘cope’. at least that’s what i said to comfort myself.
last month i went to a new psychiatrist and i told him about this issue. he prescribed me a nasal spray to quit smoking and i wanted to give it a try. it’s been 17 days since i’ve been using it and in the beginning, it worked well. i felt no cravings or withdrawal. however, for the past 3 days i’ve been fighting with myself to not smoke again. the nasal spray seems to be working fine (i think so). i don’t understand how i suddenly began craving it? i am always stressed so it can be a trigger but i still don’t want to give in to it. (i’m 21 now btw).please tell me how i can keep myself in control and motivate me.
