Todos sabemos que para ganhar peso é necessário ingerir mais calorias do que as que consumimos. Na teoria é fácil mas já tentei várias dietas para ganhar peso mas chego sempre a um ponto em que me "enjoa" aquilo que estou a comer, sou uma pessoa que tem pouco apetite e não consigo estar a sempre a comer a mesma coisa (até porque sou um bocado esquesito na comida).
Tentar fazer o esforço de comer mais quando não tenho fome, começo a ter vomitos, por exemplo.
Alguém que tenha tido o mesmo problema, e que tenha dicas para conseguir comer mais / ganhar apetite? Já faço ginasio, consigo ganhar 3/4kg mas depois pareço estagnar porque não consigo comer mais ou canso-me de estar sempre a comer a mesma coisa e normalmente as dietas nunca são comidas muito saborosas.
Para contexto, peso 65kg, o maximo que pesei foi 69kg e devia pesar pelo menos 80kg (1.85m)

Just got my hands on a Koda 16, and purchased a placement peel and a turning peel from the danish brand Witt since they were on discount and cheaper than the Ooni peels.
I haven't used them yet but I was wondering whether some of you have experience with these peels?
The turning peel has a surprisingly small head of 10 cm or 3.9". I didn't realize that before purchasing. Am I gonna manage to turn 12" or 14" pizzas with it, or should I return it?

Does anyone else get slightly depressed once they finish season 14?! I was watching on Max and now have to finish the show by switching to Netflix. Something about switching platforms, knowing all my favs are gone, it doesn’t feel as nostalgic, and that the show starts going downhill makes me sad. Yet I will persevere so I can finish the show in its entirety for the millionth time. Someone remind me of things I can look forward to in Degrassi Next Class so I’m less sad!!

Girlfriend wants to argue with me about hyper-political topics suddenly after years of knowing eachother. My political beliefs have never been a problem before. I'm not left or right in my political ideology. I have beliefs from both sides. We're both almost 30, and I feel like I'm too old for this. She tried to call me racist because I was talking about third world countries and mentioned Mexico. After trying to defend myself for ten minutes she finally looked it up and went nonverbal when she learned that Mexico is indeed a third world country. Last week she started an argument and asked me my opinion on Roe Vs Wade. Hours later she had to look up Roe Vs Wade because she didn't actually know what it even was. Turns out that we agreed on the topic. When we first started dating I told her that I'm mostly attracted to people of my same race. (Her and I are the same race) This was never a problem until recently when she randomly remembered this fact and then told her friend of another race that I said I wouldn't date anyone of her friend's particular race. Now her friend says I'm racist and actively tried to prevent us from being in a relationship. This is the most exhausting thing in the world to me. I do not like politics at all. Is this normal at all whatsoever or am I cooked. I feel like I am watching a tiktok or something instead of hanging out with someone I've been in a happy relationship with for a long time. She apologizes and admits she was wrong literally every time, but just winds up finding some other random thing to be mad about a week later.
