Bought the house in 2022, we are renovating the upstairs floor now. From carpet to laminate wood flooring. As you can see in the photos we found black stuff… it’s in front of a bathroom where there’s a sink right at the door next to the closet you can see in the photo. We think someone maybe flooded the sink or the tub. Doesn’t help we have a whole house evaporative cooler up there and the line is connected to the sink. Maybe it flooded from that.. The bathroom has that old vinyl flooring so I’m hoping that might’ve saved the subfloor in the bathroom. We won’t know until that’s ripped out. But this does look like mold right? Is there any way to tell if it’s still alive without testing? And what should we do.. clean it or replace the subfloor? Hopefully the walls are ok :’( Any advice is greatly appreciated.

 | Hi, I'm new into 3D resin printing, and recently, after 4-5 successful prints, I started to encounter an issue with my print quality, which are these drops that form at the lowest point of each and every piece I print, you can see the difference in the picture, nothing that I know of changed, appsrt from he fact that I'm always mixing 2 resins, Anycubic's Tough and ABS like. This is a weird post but basically me & my boyfriend sleep on the phone often, I stayed up while he woke up and then asked his Alexa “Alexa can we do it?” I was shocked + confused then I don’t remember what his Alexa said back but she was confused I’m pretty sure lol he then asked “Alexa what’s the time?” She then said the time etc. He woke up then I brought it up on call he was confused & was like “Are you sure I said that” I shrugged it off & said “Yeah haha, It’s not a big deal but it’s weird right?” He went quiet for a bit then said “I don’t know how to feel about that but I obviously wouldn’t be asking the Alexa that” I didn’t show any signs of anything I just laughed it off, I am a bit confused onto why he didn’t agree that it’s weird I feel like maybe he knows he did it but just doesn’t want to admit lol?

I have bought this guy a month or two ago and one of his leaves is turning yellow. Do I have to cut it off and if so at what height.
I have been giving him indirect sunlight and enough water, I have been giving him less in fear of overwatering. But the yellowing started before the lessening of the water. Any advice is very welcome.
