Hi all, I m in Oakville and nearly 17 weeks pregnant with MonoDi twins. My family doctor been very lousy at best. First he messed up my Nipt test requisition which lead me waiting almost a month for the results- didn’t put all information on the paperwork and didn’t check his emails from lab for weeks. Secondly he referred me to Credit valley hospital, but put the wrong fax number so they never received it. Last week I went to them and figured out what happened and he finally send the same referral to High Risk clinic, but I realized that it doesn’t say on the referral what kind of twin is it and wrong due date. I called the clinic and they confirmed that they got the referral and it’s going to nurse for the review and now I m thinking that if they gonna text him for the details he is going to mess up again or won’t reply timely. I absolutely don’t trust him anymore and I don’t have time to wait it out- what if my babies already developing ttts or smth?? I didn’t have ultrasound since 11 weeks and even if I get an ultrasound just from him- are they capable in our local ultrasound place to see cord insert and other critical for mono twin data??? I don’t know what to do and feel like I m left to god hands only to rely on luck that everything will be ok. What can I do to be seen by MFM asap?? Thank you, sorry for the rant, it worries me so much

I am rocking Rx580, Ryzen 5 4600G, 2x same sticks both of 16GB 3200Mz, AsRock SteelLegend B450 motherboard and 2 terabytes of storage.
My PC was running Call of Duty just buttery smooth at 80 fps recommended quality preset settings until a week ago. My PC started using 50% power (I checked task manager while I was in a match), stuttering like an elder on stairs (15fps), lowering resolution to 720p (even though I have 1080p monitor with 1080p set up on COD). It happens on Fortnite, CS2 and other games too. How do I fix it?

Is there a thread anywhere (I haven't found one), with helpful tips, important knowledge, or things one should know about the G70? It would be awesome to share as much information as we can to each other on the G70, so we're all informed as to what to look out for. We could sticky it too, and update things like recalls in there. I just bought a used 2023 G70 2.0t, and the A/C isn't blowing cold, and i had an issue where it wouldn't accelerate (didn't throw an engine light or anything, just sounded like it shifted to neutral and revved the engine instead of going faster).
What are some things you think others should know about?

Hi all! I think we have a flea infestation at home, and I’ve read that daily vacuuming and disposing of the bag each time is essential.
I’m considering the Miele C1, but I live in a country where Miele bags are unavailable, and importing them is tricky due to customs regulations (multiple identical items in one purchase can be held up). I might be able to start with a few spare bags, but long-term availability is a concern.
Should I stick with the Miele C1 and try to make it work, or would a bagless vacuum be a better choice in this situation?

I’ve kept reef tanks for 8 years or so, and had to get out of the hobby for a while because of marriage, job change and move. Now that we’re settled, I’d like to start another tank.
I still have a lot of my old equipment, but I want to try something new. I was thinking buying a new 20G long display tank and using my old 40 breeder as a sump. I still have my spectra pure RODI, I just need new filters/membrane. I have an Eshoppe 120 protein skimmer. I have 2 Ecotech MP 40s. For lights, I have a Maxspect Razor (can’t remember if it’s a 300W or 200W) and also a Aquailluminations 32 HD reef light. I have a bunch of heaters and other stuff (refractometer, thermometer, etc…)
My plan is to keep this as simple as possible. I’m going to use dry live rock and seed it myself. I plan on going bare bottom. I’d like to make this primarily a ricordia tank with maybe a little LPS thrown in. Mostly inverts (cleaner shrimp, pompom shrimp, harlequin shrimp, snails), maybe a clam…. Just a damsel or clown and a goby for a little movement. No more than 2 fish to keep bioload low.
What do you think? Am I missing anything? Advice?

To give some background I'm an 18 y/o and I want to take advantage of the marine corps and all the opportunities it gives to me, but I want to also have experiences that you only get once in a lifetime by joining the corps. I just got my program back from my recruiter and I got intel and planning I have never liked being at a desk or making power points but I do like the idea of making rank and making money and having some sort of applicable skill for after the corps. I've been thinking of switch my program to UH for the experience of infantry I'm not praying for combat by any means more of the "boots on ground" feeling and having a sense that I'm actually in it, but I know this doesn't have the same opportunity of civ life and ranking up as intel does. I don't have alot of vets in my life especially more recent ones that understand the system. If I go infantry is it possible to lat move to a better field or even possible intel? Just need some sort of insight. Thank you
