 | I made a post here a little over a month ago about being cured due to an NAET treatment. I had no blood test at the time, but I do now so it’s time for an update. My treatment was on the 18th of October. My follow up was on the 28th. I asked the doctor who treated me what I would expect to see if I got a blood test, as I hadn’t had any reactions since my treatment. He said “If you got a test today, you would still test high. If you get another test in ~6 months, your levels should be normal again since your body isn’t going through reactions anymore.” I set up an appointment with my regular family doctor for a blood test on Nov 8th, and got my results in today. They were 2.2 when I got them checked a couple years ago (and have always been that high since I was first tested 9 years ago) but now are down to 0.75. I will go again in 6 months for another blood test to see if it drops all the way. Hello, I currently have a ticketing system, but it is cloud-based. This means that users need internet access to enter the help desk portal and generate a ticket for the IT department.
What I want to do is create a ticketing system that can be hosted locally in the office, set up on a server, so that if there is no internet access and users need something, they can generate a ticket. Additionally, for users who work only with local server resources and do not require internet access—and for security reasons are not granted it—they can also generate tickets locally.
What good Help Desk system can I set up locally on a server? The main purpose is to generate support tickets, and if possible, it should also generate reports and help manage IT inventory. That would be perfect.
It DOES NOT have to be free software; I need it to be good. If you know of any open-source or paid software that works well, I would greatly appreciate your recommendation.

I have a used Christie DWU670-e projector. The lamps have been replaced, however the projector seems dim. My experience with projectors is more with home level and portable business projectors, up to 3500 lumens, however neither single nor dual lamp illumination appear to be nearly as bright as what I'm used to. I understand the logarithmic function of brightness, how 6000 lumens is not twice as bright as 3000 lumens, but it seems dim. Looking inside the projector, I removed the physical shutter as documented in the service bulletin, and entered the service menu and adjusting the DA Home from 9 to 10 did seem to brighten the image slightly.
While removing the shutter inside the projector, I noticed that the prism/mirror at the back between the 2 lamps seems to be slightly misaligned. The service manual indicates you can use the rear buttons to enter and manipulate the service menu, which is true except for certain functions like the Prism Calibration, which calls for pressing the "help" button to execute/enter. The rear panel does not have a "help" button. Does this mean a remote control is necessary? Can you manipulate the service manual via the network function?
