I've got enough tokens to spark 2 characters in anticipation of Saskia and the Resna coming soon. Should I just jump straight to sparking Saskia and if I do end up pulling her it just quickens her getting to 5* or should I wait until the event is over and just spark if I don't pull her at all.
I will say my pull luck has been atrocious lately. I have gotten very few 3* and even then the ones I am getting have been ones I already 5ed. I got a single 2 character with the tickets for chapter 15 log in reward.

Question about damage on a pool stick (Deleted my first attempt because I'm bad at reddit and didn't realize the pictures didn't attach)
I'm an amateur pool enthusiast, have been shooting a couple times a week for about a year now. I work at a pawn shop and have been keeping an eye out for my first pool stick, we got in a Predator Z2 that I'm interested in buying but it does have some splits in the shaft (see attached pictures). They don't seem particularly deep, but was looking for some advice from more experienced people, would that be enough to potentially affect the performance of the stick? Any advice is much appreciated.
As far as the comment from my first post saying to just buy new, I'm def not in the financial position to justify that expense at the moment. The couple spots I shoot at have decent enough house sticks that I'm more than content using those until I find something I can grab used for a good deal at the spot that I work at.

3. How often do you shop at Costco? This was the question where the multiple-choice options didn’t make sense, hence a lot of responses were written using the “other” option. I decided to categorize the survey answers into these ranges (thanks to u/Roundtable5 for the range suggestions).

4. How long do you typically spend at Costco? (approximate) People who reported spending 2 hours or more don't usually visit Costco often (once or twice a month). They might be purchasing a lot during one visit. The same applies to those who spend around 1.5 hours. We do have a few (1.7%) that go to Costco 1-2 times per week and spend 1.5 hours at the warehouse.

Note that some responses were excluded because they were either left blank or didn’t fit into any common themes. Therefore, the percentage is calculated using only the responses that were categorized.
  • Prices and sales:
    • Being able to purchase in bulk at a cheaper price - 75%
    • Promotions and sales/deals - 10%
  • Products:
    • Quality and variety of product selections - 65%
    • Discovering seasonal items - 9%
    • Kirkland brand -2%
  • Customer service:
    • Return policy and friendly staff - 18%
  • Food court/sample:
    • Affordable food court items - 9%

  • Warehouse:
    • The warehouse is spacious and clean, with wide parking, large carts, and everything you need - 7%

    • Too crowded, as many customers shop with their families - 50%

    • Hard to find parking, and lack of driving etiquette in the parking lot - 17%
  • Inventory:
    • Items going out of stock or no longer carried - 21%

    • Prices being expensive, often leading to spending more than expected - 5%

  • Warehouse:
    • Store closes too soon on weekends. Wish the store hours were longer to avoid crowds - 4%

  • Inconsistency between warehouse and online
    • Warehouse and online have different pricing, with online usually being higher - 8%
    • There is no feature to indicate item inventory in-store and online - 9%
    • Not all warehouse items are available online - 7%
  • Navigation:
    • Hard to navigate - 5%
    • Users have to go through many steps in their categories to locate items - 9%
    • The search function doesn’t show all items, so there isn’t a fast way to access them - 6%
  • Technical problems:
    • The app is clunky, slow, and outdated (basically a web app) - 13%
    • For some reason, users have to select the nearby warehouse again, even though they have already done so - 3%

I have been working pro bono with a single mother of two, which leads me to share this.
We know that the glorified low unemployment rates are not accurate because they are not detecting people who are longterm unemployed and since fallen off the UI rolls. With growing anger by so many trying for jobs, this is finally being addressed by state leadership increasingly grilling regional Labor offices and state-appointed Labor personnel as to WHY their activities are not making ROI numbers for Job Fairs or program participants returning to work.
This has culminated in form letter outreach to jobseekers, but less about our broken system and more about urging candidates who have been on their roster a long time to disengage. Yes, people out of work who trying but have not seen progress are making these agencies look bad, and it’s easier to sweep their continued presence off of the state rolls for jobseekers, job fairs, and other vocational programs instead of real human collaboration to help modernize the program. Their version of modernization is fancy job fair sites. But it’s not solving the runaround that candidates are experiencing that’s feeding the monster.
Anyhow, sorry about the rant.
