Leading turn was definitely the better play here, but the small river bet was to try to fold out some Ax combos and I thought a weak Jx would take a similar line where I didn’t wanna bet into two players on the turn and value bet thin on the river, but idk if this whole check thru two streets and bet small on river is always gunna get called light?

Is there a way to generate 4% annual return perpetually (15+ years) independent of market conditions and interest rate conditions (e.g. when interest rate is high then put principle in HYSA, when interest rate is low then move to some other investment vehicle etc).
I'm interested in understanding how to deploy investments in different market conditions to meet above goal. I intend to fund annual expense with the annual returns so want to have minimal situations that reduce principle or reduce target annual returns. Assume principle of 2M available to invest.

Wasn't exactly sure which subreddit this would go under but seemed most appropriate. Looking for other experience with claiming headphones on insurance and what type of process you went through.
A few weeks ago I stupidly dropped an airpods in the toilet bowl and even after leaving to dry for a few days, it no longer powers on. I decided to claim on my insurance and they have asked me to get it inspected by Apple directly to provide them with a report to prove the water damage.
The problem I have is that I am not local near any Apple store and the courier option doesn't exist for airpods. They've advised going to a local repair shop so that they can provide me with an inspection report but have flat out refused to inspect themselves as they don't inspect items directly.
This peeves me off as I feel like I'm part doing their job and get the inspection sorted. Not a problem if I could get to an apple store without travelling far. It's likely a local repair shop will charge for an inspection report.
Is it reasonable that I'm being asked to sort out the inspection report, even though I am not near a local apple store? I don't have lots of options available and have been told they can't do anything without an inspection report. I get it that they need to verify that the device is water damaged, but it annoys me that I have to do this. Previous claims experience (years ago) I just sent the phone in, they looked at it and proceeded with the claim based on their inspection.
Responses based on your own actual claims experience rather than anecdotal/opinion would be really helpful. I can make an informed decision to see whether my insurance company are crap and I need to switch to a better one even though I pay a pretty penny for it.
Can I and should I complain about it?

I found a few other threads where this is discussed, but all of them are approaching it with the assumption that he intended for Harvey to live and Rachel to die. My question is...is that really what he wanted?
Joker had no reason to think that Batman would go after Rachel, so it seems like he swapped the addresses thinking Batman would go after Dent and get Rachel instead, right?
But then the timers were close together and even getting to Dent, it was very close. It's just as likely that it didn't matter who Batman went after, as it was likely that both of them would die. If he'd intended for Dent to survive, he probably wouldn't have wired him to explosives and oil barrels.
So did he really have a plan? He had to have contingencies for all three possibilities if he did.
Or have I missed something?

I have done some research and seen that in general for private rooms the average rent price is about 750 Euros Warmmiete. So, overall with all expenses considered, I assume that I need to live off roughly 1200-1300 Euros (after taxes) per month. Considering that I have work experience in IT, specifically in QA. I wonder, would a part-time Werkstudent contract allow me to reach this goal? If not, are there any other possible earning options that are available for a student?
