I know there's not a 'correct' answer, but am curious what others would do in this situation. Basically we're happy with our rental house and in no rush to buy with current prices/rates, but if the right place comes around we would look into it. So it could be 1-3 years before we buy. We have ~400k in HYSA and are adding about 15k/month (after maxing 401ks/HSA), looking at around $2M houses in HCOL area.
If you were in this situation, would you put some portion of this into S&P 500 or leave it all in HYSA? If so, how much?

Please don’t read past this if you haven’t caught up to the latest chapter.
This conversation got me thinking
Aokiji:I’m worried about you Garp:You’re weak

So I decided to look at it from another angle
Garp taking things a bit too lightly in Hachinosu after being left alone got me thinking… What if this was all part of his plan? What if he’s secretly the leader of swords? What if Aokiji is his subordinate in swords and this is all part of their plan?
They might be so high up in the organization that it’s a secret to most people including Kobi.
But why would Garp be interested in Blackbeard?
He and Roger had to team up to take down Rocks, so I’m thinking that he noticed the similar characteristics and wanted to deal with him before he became too much.
So him and his number 2 had to get near Bb.
It’s a crazy reach I know😂

Within the next couple of minutes, the essential oil base of vetiver adds woody mid-notes to it, and clary sage adds a slight herbal touch to the fragrance. The base is supported by the tried and tested tobacco, vanilla combination with cedar wood. Generally, Tobacco and Vanilla combinations do last long, but for the Jazz club, since it's an EDT and the concentration set to the lowest, do not expect a lot of performance from this perfume, and don't be afraid to over-spray. Tobacco here is very soft and not harsh pipe tobacco types. I think any demographic, any gender can wear this at any given time. In the end, you will be left with a soft sweet tobacco skin scent.  | Went to the range shooting a rifle for the second time ever, so I’m really a n00b - please be patient :) I was shooting from the bench using a bipod. The rifle is a Beretta BRX1 in 6.5 Creedmoor - not a long range rifle, I got it for the h word (which will get automod to delete this…), but it’s what I have and figured I’d try to get decent with this before doing a long range build… Ammo is Fiocchi 142gr MatchKing HPBT, rifle is zeroed with 130 grain h word ammo so that’s why it shoots a bit low relative to POA. Is there anything obvious going on here that can tell you guys what I could do to improve? 24F here.
Before I get into what's exactly going on with that title, I want to get something out of the way. I have been working on myself for the past 4 years—self improvement, therapy, socializing, meeting new people, connecting, yada yada. You name it and I have done that in some capacity or the other.
I recently left my only source of income to focus on something that 'I' wanted to do. Before that I was doing a bunch of stuff. Worked as a writer for 1.5 years, UX design before that, and Psychology.
I have been obsessed and then not obsessed with finding a path at various stages of my life. My complicated childhood has acutely affected me in ways that I cannot begin to describe but I don't want to go there otherwise we might be here for a long time.
Now that the background is set, let's circle back to the title.
I thought that writing was my calling and that writing about something that I like would be my ticket to satisfaction. I recently started a Substack with the intent of writing what I like about and I somehow couldn't bring myself to do that. Because whatever I wrote was either:
- An opinion I read somewhere
- I saw someone else going viral with a topic
But the bigger issue is that I just can't seem to go back to who I was. I wanted to write because well I always have. And somehow I can't find myself being able to write the same way that I used to.
I look back to who I was/am and it doesn't make sense. My identity feels a stand in for someone who is an empty shell. It's like I exist but at the same time I don't. I don't want to work because all the choices I will make at this point would be that of this alternate identity that makes no sense anymore.
My entire life has come to a standstill. A point where I feel like I am utterly lost yet I am also somewhat myself, even if that's an empty shell.
I would love to hear from someone who has gone through or is going through something like this. I suppose this is my actual way of connecting with people, something that I can call my own.

 | This is my first cycle with Inito and unfortunately I didn’t have the device until after CD6 so I wasn’t able to test. On CD15 I received a positive OPK test but Inito does not recognize an LH surge until CD16. Do you think that’s correct? It looks like my baseline for LH is 0.06-0.08. My reading on CD 15 was 1.3 and on CD 16 it was 3.45. I’m also seeing a PDG increase today which tells me I ovulated yesterday?
