I’m looking for examples (preferably Weeks, but open) for ways to track different health metrics and correlations. For instance, right now I need to get a better gauge on if my anxiety worsens at certain times and for what reason. Ideally this is something that is easy to pull from for appointments.

So i am in for a new bike. But i found that the new Liv Langma and other bikes have the Contact SL Aerolight Stem. I was wondering if any of you know if the Stem is changeable because-10% sounds fairly agrressiv to me. Are there different versions or do i have to put up with the Stem? I’ve been active on SA, moving from the Bay Area to OC, but I’m feeling tired of PPMs and arrangements that lack emotional fulfillment. While some may feel this lifestyle isn’t for me—and they might be right—I’m starting to realize I want something different.

 | I usually use discord to join a voice channel with my friends and play val. Recently, I'm having troubles with the audio. They can hear me but I can't hear them at all (even their little icon keeps flickering which means they are talking). This happens around 15ish minutes after joining the call. To hear them I've to leave the call and join it again (and sometimes even restart the app). It is really annoying as I've to leave and keep joining every 15 minutes. I even tried switching account but I'm facing the same issue on the other account too. I tried joining the call through web and not the app and didn't face any issue so I'm assuming it might be an app issue? not sure tho I also tried uninstalling and downloading the app again quite a few times but still didn't resolve the issue. When I try downloading below shows up but somehow the app still downloads. Game stutters a lot especially near other players or units. As demon sometimes my game stutters and my whole camera goes upside down and have to wait until it becomes normal because I cant see anything. Its worse at the beginning of the match for some reason and end because of how many units there are. I have everything at the lowest does anybody know how to fix this cant find anything on it. It has only gotten worse the more I have played the game.
