2024.11.26 20:26 DawnStarSky Android Recovery only has 2 options and an infinite boot

Hi!
I've got a really bad issue with my phone. It only has two options in recovery mode "Try again" and "Factory reset". I have a Ulefone Armour Pro 8, and I'm fairly certain I was on about android 4.0.4?
Now I haven't had a chance to backup my photos (and my google drive is full :/) and theres a lot on there that I really, really don't want to lose. Stuff that means a LOT to me and I can never get back.
I want to at least get those photos off my phone before I reset it, but I can't even get to my login screen, and just hooking it up to my PC with the only cable I have that seems to work for data transfer hasn't gotten any results.
When I press Vol+ and Vol- at the same time as the power button it takes me into recovery mode which only presents the two options I mentioned before. Very annoying because I've seen pictures of more options that look more promising than just totally wiping all my data. The phone also doesn't seem to stay "on" long enough to link to my PC so I can access the files. When it's on the recovery mode screen it doesn't seem to register the USB at all.
This is really time sensitive because I have tickets on my phone that I need to access for next Monday and Tuesday and I do not have a spare phone or the money for a new one. I might be able to get enough together to take it to a repair shop but I don't know if I have time for that.

I've been testing Claude as a study guide the past few days, and it did really well summarising PowerPoints. Much better than ChatPro, so I thought I'd be worth having the second subscription, however, surprisingly, it keeps telling me that my card declined? Everything's fine on my end, so I guess they either got overrun or they don't need me. Which means I'll have to continue cutting the PPPs to size, which is annoying.
So yeah, just a casual complaint

I know the term "Boomers" is now more of a slur, but why do they and Gen X individuals constantly shame us for the state of the current economy as if we have a choice in the matter?
I am unable to understand as to why that so many boomers and Gen x individuals are SO out of touch, and it doesn't seem to just be a couple here and there, a large majority of them believe we are all lazy, we are all causing the economy to tank and we are the reason for our own miss fortune.
While I agree that a lot of peoples own choices do put them into financial instability and hardship, you cannot tell me that these older generations did not have it easier. I am sick of being clowned by people driving their Mercedes and BMW's and bathing in their riches because they bought homes when i was in kindergarten ffs
The latest US election is not a surprise. Young people have had enough.

I'm a 23-year-old man, this is my 6th week since I started a Test e cycle. In the first 3 weeks, 250mg per week, since then 375mg/week. This will last for 13-14 weeks. My problem is that apart from the veins and acne on my arms, I don't experience nothing. I'm not regenerating faster, in the last two weeks I've started to get weaker (I was also thinking about overtraining), however I didn't improve in strength during the 6 weeks. 4000 calories/day, progressive overload. Is it normal that nothing changed from this dose? Would my expectations be too unrealistic?Went from 86kg to 91 but its probably watefat and a lil muscle

i genuinely hope the best for daniel, i know he has done some questionable and wrong things in the past and it really isn’t excusable (some of things hes done). if trolls never messed with him or gave him false info , i genuinely believe he couldve done something with his life despite having many mental problems. i hope danny stays safe and can pull through incarceration.

Fungal Rashes Been having these breakouts every few years since 2016 (this is the third of what I consider a major one) with really minor ones in between the three. It usually happens in one part of the body usually due to sweat from pants or something but this is the first time it happened on different parts of my body. Gonna have it checked soon its been so hard to book an appointment the past week. Been using Miconazole the past few days. Just wanna share to be honest. I hope it goes away. Its been about three weeks or so.
1st pic is a big patch of bumps on the side of my thigh after scratching right after a long day at work. Couldn't help myself.
The rest are other patches that seldom itches but already left a mark
