I’ve been making it about 12 hours so far, haven’t been trying to do this for long (maybe the last month). I was kind of already used to fasting without trying because I am on Vyvanse, so it distracts me from feeling hungry during the day. I have Graves’ disease which causes hyperthyroidism, and that causes things like a higher metabolism thus it’s a little easier to feel hungry faster. I’m in treatment so it isn’t like it used to be (I used to feel nauseous if I went a while without eating). The Graves’ is why I’m trying IF, because treatment can cause weight gain and I’m already overweight so I need to lose more not gain anything back. TIA

Hi guys - was planning to switch to QQQ leaps, would love to get someone’s feedback on this.
I live in a country with no capital gains taxes, so this isn’t a factor.
I’m currently long 50k TQQQ, implying a 150k exposure to QQQ
Looking to switch to LEAP’s on QQQ instead, would it then make sense to buy a 80-90delta Jan-26 expiry QQQ call for 150k of underlying exposure?
As an example, the 450 Jan-26 call is offered at 97.53, if I buy 3 of these - do I have a similar exposure as my TQQQ exposure?
In terms of costs, the 450 call will cost an all-in price of 547.5 vs spot QQQ 508. i.e., extrinsic value or my cost is about 8% for 14 months.
Absolutely, I will use the dividends on TQQQ vs no dividends on QQQ call’s but that’s pretty much it, right?
My savings are not paying the financing on the TQQQ position, plus any additional interest earned on the cash saved with QQQ LEAP’s?

I am a big fan of this community and it has been extremely helpful in managing on Home Omada/WiFi network. It's been up and running fine for over a year now and I'm now ready to start planning my next upgrade. Here is summary of my current environment:
- ISP: Frontier 1GbE also using their Router
- Infrastructure wiring: Cat5e throughout the house (rebuilt in 2008) and (2) or more drops in every room back to server rack in the garage
- Network Switch: NETGEAR 24-Port Gigabit Ethernet Unmanaged Switch (JGS524)
- (1) TP-Link TL-SG1008MP 8 Port Gigabit PoE+ Switch
- (3) wired AEP610 (US) Ceiling Mount
- (2) wired AEP225-Outdoor (US)
- (1) Omada Hardware Controller - OC200
- (3) SIDs: Primary, IoT, Guest
- No VLANS
- Wired network setting (e.g. DCHP, DNS,etc) managed in Frontier Router
- Wired clients are getting close to 900Mbps up and down
- Wireless client are in the 250-500Mbps up and down depending on where they are in coverage area
- Maximize speeds of my current network, both wired and wireless.
- Frontier is offering 2G service in my area but can my Cat5e wiring support this service?
- Implement VLANs for increased network security.

Hi - please forgive my ignorance in advance. I am considering picking up a Sonos Port and mult-CD Changer and integrating it into my Sonos speaker system.
I understand that I can use RCA cables, but are there any other choices get the music from the CD player to the Port? I would think there would be a better, cleaner type of cable to do that?
Assuming RCA cables are the best only choice available - does anyone have a perspective on how much the sound is degraded? Or am I totally mistaken and this is how it was always done and this is as good as it gets?
