I know, we've all seen this post on here before, and I can't say that I have a new or fresh perspective. I'm just venting lol.
I've only been a manager for 7 months. I took on a management position because I wanted the experience, and to grow in areas that I know I'm weak in (i.e: delegation, confrontation, etc.). I'm still green, but I'm starting to realize that it's just not for me. I still don't like telling people what to do. I still don't like making decisions. I still don't like being the person everything falls back on. I don't like it, and I don't think I have a talent for it either.
You could also call my job "social work adjacent" as well, so adding managerial duties on top of working with clients that generally have high acuity/levels of care is just... a lot for me to handle. Maybe I'd feel more stable if I worked in a more "normal" office setting, but right now, I feel like I'm always teetering on the edge of crashing out.

Anybody have good ideas for a filling to mix in with sand for a lighter but still full bag? I went and bought a 200lb bag but don't want to do full weight right away...I was think of mixing in some extra mulch I have laying around but worry that will deteriorate before I'm ready...

2024.11.26 20:32 Stockinvestor222 Fold 3 inner screen replacement issues, if anyone can assist
So I bought a oem inner screen+frame(housing) for cheap off eBay, and I can get a refund easily... something like $150
The seller said that it defected, when you open the display the first time it will be blank, but if you close and open it again, it will work, and to be fair I've heard of this issue and it's fairly common with these devices and there are ways to resolve it
I have over 4 broken folds, like 2 broken fold 3's and some fold 4's
I assembled the device together in the replacement and plugged in the front screen as well, I turned on the device to test it, it shows the Samsung logo for a couple seconds like it's about to power on and powers off, with like a small white/green flicker on the inner display as well as the front display, I tested folded and not folded...
I got the device to power on though: - it seems that if I disconnect the front display, connect the charger, and power it on using only the inner connected, I can let it start up, and once it's powered on I can disconnect the charger and it will work perfectly and fully functional - if I have the device in a powered off state and connect the front display and connect the charger as well the phone will power on, and the folding features/all features of the device are functional, if I disconnect the charger however the device will stay on for a second before immediately going dead
I tested the board on another housing which I have (inner display is broken) and it powers on and works perfectly and fully functional...
So if anyone know why this housing is doing such an issue please let me know, could it be something that I did? Highly doubt it I'm a professional, want to see if anyone else with experience has an idea of what this issue is and how to resolve it, I bet someone has a trick up their sleeve it seems like the slightest thing might be able to be done to be able to make it work
It could possibly be a hinge defect, maybe I can possibly adjust something?
Give me your thoughts anyone's help is appreciated
