Hello all,
Does anyone else have chest tightness (very rarely pain/burning) as their main, or only, symptom?
I am constantly dealing with tightness in the left side of my chest. A trip to the ER and 2 weeks on a heart monitor confirmed that my heart is fine. An endoscopy last week found 1 polyp on my duodenum that they removed, along with some inflammation, but the letter stated that this finding generally doesn't produce symptoms. The recommendation was to up my omeprazole to twice a day.
I'm starting to wonder if this is truly the GERD or if there's something else I should be looking into (no idea what though). Tums and Gaviscon are hit or miss as far as offering relief. Sometimes I feel like I'd rather have the burning, I wonder if that would be an easier fix.
I'm just tired and confused right now.

I recently got a douxe TO3 256gb flashdrive. It worked perfecly with my phone (iPhone 11 pro) and even with my FIL’s android phone. It showed a popup to install the app needed to use it on the apple phone, the android phone could be used without it.
Since the iPhone 11 got damaged, I bought an iPhone 16 pro, but it does not recognise the device. The old phone has a lightning connection and the new phone has a usb-c connection. This is the same one the android phones have. The usb-c port worked fine on my FIL’s phone so it’s not damaged.
Is there any way to use the flashdrive on the iPhone 16?

I have an 8nm CSR DD and CSL pedals in desk mode using the included clamp. I'm looking for something a bit more comfortable, but space is an issue which lead me to portable frames like these:
- Logitech Playseat Challenge X
- NLR GTLite
Do any of you fine folks know how well this will handle the 8nm and my basic pedals? I'm not a big guy so I'm not really worried about fitting as much as I am being able to store the thing and adjust it as I need to.
Are there any other options similar to these that I should be considering? Unfortunately, an extruded rail rig isn't an option yet.

Some people will say it's unaffordable, to pay us more.
Some people will say it's intentional.
Some people will say it's a reflection on British society where the majority of jobs (especially skilled proffessions) are underpaid.
Some people will say it's the lack of outcry and action from nurses.
Why do you think it is and what do you think a fair amount is?
Personally I think a NQN base salary should be on around 40k post taxes.
I also think we should get over time rates which was mentioned by wes streeting but he is now quiet about.
