but your body remains alive for weeks or longer before dying: Would your soul awareness leave to be reborn when your brain died or would it hang around in limbo til the body died?
If it does leave but then science figures out how to miraculously revive your brain so your soul awareness returns….then would that not create a major rebirth error?

I (25F) am fainally having a laparoscopy for endo. It took 10 years of pain and for the past 14 months a large mass started to form in my right pubic bone area. This finally got me the surgery. While I am thankful for the issue being treated, I am getting very anxious. My doctor is also super busy (this is common where I live) so I received very little info on my procedure. All I know is an inguinal surgeon will remove the mass from my groin while an OBGYN will do a regular lap to look for other endo tissue. I am a rape survivor and I find anything to do with intimacy to be very difficult. That is why I am wondering what to expect from my genitals being exposed/touched. I need to heavily medicate before I see an OBGYN so I am very scared of my hospital stay. How many examination can I expect and in what ways can I expect to be touched by doctors, surgeon, nurses in preop. Pls help. Will anything be inserted in me during surgery as well? Any info will help me mentally prepare.

Hi guys. I’m having trouble with the sensors. It doesn’t detect constant motion. I have 3 p2 sensors. One on each floor. Each sensor controls all the lights together on all 3 floors. So when motion is detected on any of the 3 floors, all lights will turn on. The issue is they turn off after not very long and don’t turn back on after a long time. Even when there is constant motion on any of the floors. Is there any way to solve this?

Hello, I’ve been shooting thumb draw for a little bit and had some very specific questions:
- Stance stance STANCE: this has been bothering me for a while because everyone seems to have a different opinion on this, but most seem to dislike the basic “square” stance. I need to see a diagram of where exactly you’re supposed to put your feet. I’ve had a slightly open stance but I think I would benefit from something more closed. I’m a very visual learning so I need to see something.
- Thumb hook: I keep hitting the tip of my index finger with the string when I release, which hurts. It’s frustrating because I don’t have as much range of motion in my right hand thumb MCP joint as my left, so it seems that I don’t have as much clearance for my index finger. I tried twisting my draw hand so my palm is more flat, and it helps a little.
- Keeping the arrow on the “rest” (my bow hand thumb). When I draw, the arrow sometimes bounces around and falls off. I’m trying to use my draw hand index finger to keep it on, but it’s a little annoying. Is it ok to cant the bow a little to help keep the arrow in the crevice between the bow and my bow hand?

I’m new to Logic Pro and was recording recently while a female friend was sitting in a chair next to me, when suddenly the chair completely collapsed on her, Luckily she is okay. But she screamed my name when she fell, and the mic picked it up very well. So my question is, how can I make it where she is screaming my name over and over again? (I know that’s a loaded question so fire away, but this really happened). I’m just learning what a loop is so is there an easy way to get that part of the recording to play over and over? I’m serious.

I have been taking Zyrtec consistently for at least the last 6 months and recently stopped bc I’m also taking lexapro and the two combined were causing so much drowsiness. Over the last 5 or 6 days I have been having night sweats pretty bad, it dawned on me that maybe it could be withdrawal, has anyone else experienced that coming off of Zyrtec??

Specifically, it's supposed to be a "funhouse-mirror" reflection of the real city of Chicago, where I've lived the last 30 years, often mirroring that city's real history but in intriguing alternative-history/metaverse ways. I'm presenting the project as a fake wiki charting 200 years of the city's history (those years being 1845 to 2045, giving me an excuse to introduce a little science-fiction to the story), and I have about 20,000 words of this fake wiki now written out in a Google Doc I've made publicly available for reading. (I suspect it will be around 100,000 words by the time I'm done.) Im just going to rant I'm so fed up right now.
Whenever I am working at home and have a meeting, my roommate thinks thats the perfect time to inquire about literally anything. Why? I have no idea. ANY time I have a meeting and Im working from home I will text him "I have a meeting from 10-11 and another at 1-2 today" Ill even add sometimes PLZ DO NOT DISTURB. I'll tape signs on my bedroom door. Today was the last straw.
I text him at 8:30am that I have a meeting from 10-11 today. At around 9:50 he starts having extremely loud sex well through the beginning of the meeting. Thankfully I could just leave myself on mute for a bit. He then texts me in my meeting "oh sorry about that, I just read this now, sorry if we were loud" honestly, fine, you didn't see the message.
We're now at 10:45 and now he feels the need to ask if he can come into my room to collect the garbage to put out at the end of the street. No?? I literally told you im in a meeting, plz wait. DO NOT JUST WALK IN while the door is literally behind me. So now at this point I can't focus bc I dont know if hell just try to walk in bc he doesn't read the message right away.
THEN, near the end, he knocks on the door, with some box that was in the recycling, I turn my camera off, open the door and he says whispering "hey in case you didn't know these are not recyclable...." I snapped.
I said CAN YOU PLEASE GIVE ME 5 MORE MINUTES TO ADDRESS THIS THERE IS LITERALLY 5 MINUTES IN THE MEETING CAN THIS NOT WAIT. He said yeah, it can I guess.
I finish the meeting and just go off. "Look now I have all the time in the world for you to inquire literally anything, what do you want to inquire about." He then says "sorry, I didn't know..." But you did? we have gone though this so many times where I tell you Im in a meeting, and yet you feel to literally pop in and have to inquire about something that seriously does not matter in that moment. It is ALWAYS something that can wait. Always. He is now playing this whole innocent sad boy persona where he's hiding in the basement and won't come up bc he texted me saying "the whole house is for you to use as if it all yours. enjoy." I told him there is no point, I do not have any other meetings for him to interrupt so hiding in the basement isn't worth his time. its been over 3 hours and he won't come up.
This is just so childish to me. Just respect peoples space, respect when people specifically point out that they are busy between certain times, that they purposefully point out "do not disturb" in messages and signs on doors. I honestly do not understand. Ever since my meeting ended he's had nothing to day. Shocker. Im tempted to start making fake meetings to see if this is something he's doing on purpose because I really dont understand how he his missing clear communication here, and instead of owning up to "my bad, didn't realize I was disturbing" its this childish behaviour of hiding and talking all baby-innocent like as if he hasn't done this 100 million other times when Im working.
Im so close to cancelling Christmas in this house I ripped the calendar off the wall on my way back to my room after snapping. I'll never understand people who enjoy living with others, its such a headache.

Been spending the past 2 months here and there trying to find dark wash jeans for winter, im kindof a powerlifter with a 94 cm waist and 80 cm thigh circumference. 186 cm tall at 98kg I've tried levis, wrangler, random brands here and there. What i've been looking for is a dark wash blue with 100% thicker cotton (not elastane). So far the only thing that works are wool pants or chinos, which looks great, but I dont own a single pair of jeans. If anyone is in a similar boat, or know good brands, I would greatly appreciate it. No Wrangler or Levis model works btw, I've tried everything from them.
