This is what I love most about this game. I'm not sure how much it will last before people gravitate to full freeze or instakill monsters that just choke any creativity, but at this moment it's still possible to make silly stuff with whatever you find in the way, and have a chance to play.
Yesterday I got a 10 with a hasted 1800dmg Momma-Saur with x3 multi who just erased the board while doing 10k damage crits.
Today, I just got another 10 with a Jury Rigger chain of Battery -> energy potion -> Uzi -> Atomic Clock -> Fiber Optics -> Force Field with Reserve Shield, that resulted in a blast every half second for 3k+ damage; starting at second 1.
I believe there's also an effect of many people in ranked currently playing to assure at least one chest, so there are fewer builds trying for exotic final synergies.

I have heard arguments for why one standard is better than the other. And I have seen most sharia compliance screeners use a couple of them to determine a stocks validity.
However I was quite surprised to see that Zoya only used AAOIFI. Should a screener not be using a few of them in order to assess if a stock is halal, instead of marking it as halal if it passes one. Especially when they don’t make it obvious they are only using one.
They state that “using all standards to assess a stock is not more religious than just using one as they are not meant to be used together”
This claim makes no sense to me. The different standards are created because different groups of scholars have come to different conclusions regarding what makes a stock halal. Therefore to be safe a stock should pass ALL standards to be halal or at the very least pass most of them. As unless you are a scholar yourself , who is to say that one standard is better than the others.
Am I looking at this the correct way. It seems Zoya is the only stock screener that just uses one and disregards the rest using their claim above (which seems pretty opinionated to me, as they don’t want to go through the trouble of using multiple screeners)
What do you all think?

Just trying to get a guage of what an appropriate parrot wake up time is like?
For context, my roommates own birds and they wake up around 7am everyday (the birds), but they dont (typically) get uncovered and fed until after noon (so ~5+ hours from wakeup) and will scream constantly until they are given the attention they need.
Ive never been a parrot owner personally so I'm unsure if this is typical or not.
The constant screaming like they are being butchered is hell too.

When I finally realized I had a problem with GHB, I was 41 years old and had been using it regularly for 3 years. It started out as the perfect alcohol replacement. A small quantity of liquid which could make me feel better than being drunk, and with none of the side effects. I even really got off on the hallucinations I would have in the dream like state it put me in. By that point I was at 10mL approximately every 4 hours or so, and 15-20mL at bedtime to get 4 hours of sleep. I was going through 3oz a day at least, a $60 dollar a day habit.
But when planning a trip to Europe in May 2025, I realized I would not be able to take GHB with me, and would have to find a way off the drug.
Going to a detox was not a solution I felt I was able to use - I worked full-time, and though the GHB got in the way of me doing my job correctly, with no evidence of drinking, even with my stupor-like state at work, no one had anything to go on that I was intoxicated. But quitting, even for a few weeks, was not an option.
When I started looking up GHB home detox online, all I found were endless articles referring to the deadly consequence of doing it yourself, and the in-patient treatment with hundreds of milligrams of Diazepam a day or, in countries other than the US, tapering down using medically prescribed GHB. I had been prescribed 40mg of diazepam a day since I was 19, thanks to the shakes and anxiety the 120mg of Adderall I was prescribed was causing, and though I didn’t go through diazepam withdrawal since I had started using GHB, and had been able to hoard hundreds of pills (because I also sold them on the side), it still wouldn’t be enough to cover the 14 days of withdrawal that approximately 120-200mg every 4–6 hours the detox would require, and then there was the subsequent tolerance of the diazepam, and it’s withdrawal I had to consider. Not to mention the affinity diazepam had for the gaba-a receptor and limited action on the gala-b receptor, which GHB had the greatest effect on. I would still have serious withdrawal symptoms, one of which was a serious risk of cardiovascular excitement, something I couldn’t risk having already been diagnosed with PAH. Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension is deadly condition of increased pressure of in my pulmonary artery which connected my lungs to my heart, causing elevated heart rate and significant enlargement of my right ventricle - the prognosis was 3–7 years with treatment. Diazepam treatment for the withdrawal could still cause me to incur sudden death and a significantly shorter life span.
Finally, about a month into looking, I found two articles which discussed Baclofen, a drug which is prescribed for muscle spasms related to certain disorders such as multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy and spinal cord injury. It filled the gaba-a and b receptors equally, and according to these articles, both anecdotal, treatment with 40mg every 4-6 hours over the course of two days, then three time a day for two days, then reduced by 10 mg for another two days, and then another, then 5mg for 2 days, then none resulted in recovery without negative side effects and complete succession in one man, and a similar method involving reducing GHB and slowly adding baclofen before stopping the GHB and then reducing the baclofen had worked in one woman. It was enough to give me hope it would also work for me.
I found a place online to buy Baclofen. It’s not specially scheduled, but prescription only (and since I could by steroids online which are schedule-3 in my country of the US, this was fairly easy to find). I purchased 200 tablets for a little over $100, and they arrived in 20 days.
When I got them, I wanted to try out coming off GHB immediately. I started by taking 40mg, and found I didn’t start feeling the onset of withdrawal for 6 hours after that dose. At the point I took another 40mg. I had devised an intensive plan before the pills arrived which would amount to 111 pills in all over 10 days, leaving 89 extra pills for “just in case” circumstances. It turned out that I was able to use 40mg 4 times a day for 2 days, then 30mg for two days, then 20mg, then 10mg, and that was enough. I didn’t suffer any side effects but a little drowsiness and a mild sense of well-being. I was off GHB and baclofen before any baclofen dependence ensued (because long term use of baclofen CAN cause withdrawal upon quitting equal too or perhaps worse than diazepam withdrawal). I stayed off GHB for 3 weeks before trying it out again because I missed its effects. My tolerance was still pretty high, at about 6mL for results, and soon enough found myself back up to 10mL a few times daily. Luckily I had plenty of baclofen left for a second treatement, and by the same regimen was able to quit again. I’ve been off GHB ever since.
Baclofen was literally a money, job, and life saver for me. I recommend of course that you look up the side effects and interactions of the drug before taking it. But if you are looking to get off GHB, I would highly recommend this drug.

Important background, I do not personally have OCD, but my sister does. Among other things, she has a variation of COCD, regarding me. Her and I can't touch at all otherwise she's been contaminated. She and I can interact, and she can touch something after I have as long as attention to it having been touched isnt a huge deal, but her and I can't hug or shake hands. Nothing personal, just how it's always been.
My new stepbrother is entirely undiagnosed, but I suspect he has a similar issue with COCD. He refuses to interact with his sister, like at all. If she's home and unlocks the door for him to come inside, he'd rather stay outside until someone else opens the door for him than touch the handle. I've done a bit of research on emotional contamination ocd, but this doesn't seem to fit the bill. He was able to push past her in the hallway earlier today, and they touched, but neither of them acknowledged it. They're both teenagers and have their own personal issues going on, but with the way he avoids her when he can but never makes a deal about it, it makes me think it's not personal. He's not doing it out of spite or anything, it's just the way it happens, like my sister and I.
His sister and their family all seem to think he's a typical rebellious teen, trying to tick her off, but I think he's autistic and OCD. Idk, he seems very blunt and not like he's going out of his way to be an inconvenience. Is there any signs I should look for, anything I can do to try to help this situation? It's causing a lot of tension in the house and everyone seems to be out to get him for it. He refuses any and all talk of therapy or meds, too, so everyone's trying to get me to play therapist and I'm far from qualified, but I don't want this kid being so persecuted without trying to understand.

Hallo zusammen,
ich studiere momentan Elektrotechnik um komme soweit auch ganz gut durch. Doch jetzt hatte ich wieder so ein Imposter-Syndrom Moment.
Und zwar haben wir ein Projekt mit einem Mikrocontroller (ESP-32 wens interessiert), dafür wollen meine Gruppe und ich eine Bluetooth Verbindung mit dem Handy realisieren, so dass man Sensordaten auf dem Handy auslesen kann. Es gibt einige Templates zur Bluetooth Funktionalität des Mikrocontrollers aber darin versteh ich absolut gar nichts. Ich krieg es mit ChatGPT und etwas Hilfe von Informatik Freunden vielleicht gerade so hin das Senden von Sensordaten zu implementieren, aber von dem Code der dann auf meinem Bildschirm steht versteh ich dann vielleicht 15%.
Ich hatte bis jetzt auch zwei Programmiermodule (Sprachen waren C und Python), die Übungsaufgaben davon hab ich ganz gut hinbekommen (zwar mithilfe von ChatGPT, ich hab den Code aber zumindest verstanden) und die Klausuren hab ich auch bestanden, jedoch ziemlich schlecht im Vergleich zu meinen anderen Modulen.
Jetzt ist meine Frage wie viel, bzw. wie gut, man in der Berufspraxis eines E-Technik Ingenieurs programmieren muss? So ein bisschen Datenverarbeitung mit Python krieg ich noch hin, aber momentan bin ich etwas überfordert. Aber andererseits denke ich mir, dass für so Sachen, wie dieses Projekt, in der Industrie ja auch noch Informatiker gibt.
Mir ist auch bewusst, dass das wahrscheinlich stark von der Branche/Spezialisierung abhängt, aber so ein genereller Eindruck wäre mal ganz gut, denn meine anderen Module (Grundlagen ET, Regelungstechnik, Mathe etc.) machen mir deutlich mehr Spaß und ich hab dort auch deutlich bessere Noten.
